II.

CHILD SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

a.

(mmediately effe&tive u%on the signing of this agreement, the father, without need of demand, shall %ay to the mother the sum of Ph% 7,8. %er month for the su%%ort and maintenan&e of the &hild during the %eriod of his minority, or  until further ordered by any Court of &om%etent urisdi&tion in the Phili%%ines.
