Compromise Agreement & Acknowledgement of Advance of Rs. 25000/THIS Compromise AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made and entered into on this 25th day of January, 2013 (“Effective Date”) at Lahore, Pakistan

By and Between

(Party of the First Part) Mr…………………………………..S/O………….R/O…………………..CNIC………………………………..(Party of the Second Part) Without prejudice to the rights available under the laws of Pakistan and right to contest the case before any court of law etc., the party of the first part, has agreed to enter this contract with the party of the second part. Whereas the party of the first part is the bonafide purchaser & possessor of five Marla House Khasra No. 560, Khewat No. 1aaass/1, Khatoni No. 1233365 situated at Suleman Park Had Badast Moza Attari Saroba Tehsil Cantt Zilla Lahore. Whereas the said house is under litigation before civil court, Lahore Recital: (1) The party of the second part has agreed to work as the agent or mediator to resolve the issue of ownership between the interested parties; thereof Rs.25000/ has been received by him as token money. (2) The party of the second part is responsible to resolve all kind of issues between the party of the first part and the other party etc. (3) The party of the second part is responsible to make free the property from all claims, charges, lien and encumbrances claimed by the other party (ies). (4) The party of the seconds part guarantees and promises to save the party of the first part from all losses connected with the house. (5) That the party of the second part will make clear all the proprietary rights in favor of the party of the first part. (6) That the party of the second part will acquire no right whatsoever relating the house in contention. (7) In case the party of the second part fails to resolve the issue he will refund the advance money along with the penalty of Rs.25000.
