CLIENT NAME: SITE: SCHEDULE OF FINISHING 1.

EXCAVATION AND FOUNDATIONS 1.5 feet deep and 3’ feet width excavation from N.S.L. LEVEL. Anti termite treatment (FMC) spray as per drawing and specification. In ground floor 6” thick P.C.C with brick ballast well compact with compactor. Wall foundation will be laid as per drawing and specification cement mortar (1:6) ratio. Laying of 1 ½” thick (1:2:4) PCC in DPC and painting with Bitumen and one layer of polythene sheet. External wall double D-P-C and painting with Bitumen and layer of polythene. Plinth level filled with gassu. Total foundation from PCC till DPC will be 5 feet 6 inches more than this will be paid by house owner. a. Rait from Ravi b. Bajri from Texala c. Cement Maple leaf, Askari, Lucky D.G Cement, Graib wall Cement (Which is easily Available in the market).

PLINTH Ground floor plinth level will be + 1’.3” from the road level porch and side passages level will be + 9” from the road level.

SUPER STRUCTURE a. 9” thick brick work in super structure of 1st class brick masonry (Approximately Rs.8300) in cement sand mortar ratio (1:4) b. 4 ½ thick walls will be made with (1:4) cement mortar. c. 1 ½” thick cement plaster (1:3) ratio on ceiling, shade, internal and external walls.

REINFORCMENT CEMENT CONCREAT (1:2:4) a. All reinforced cement concrete in, lintels, column, beams, roof slabs, parapet and shelves shell be carried out in ratio (1:2:4) b. Local deformed steel bar (40/60 Grade) shell is used in RCC slab as per structure drawing and design (8 TON without Basement). 5. FLOORING a. Tile 32” x 32” up to Rs. 1600/ Meter, will be provided and laying in bed rooms and lounge. Granite slab up to Rs.600/Sq.ft, in kitchen counter bath room vanity counter, Stairs steps, kitchen counters and entrance steps. Window sill only inside 4” wide and skirting 4”same marble will be provided in all marble area marble @ Rs.250/Sqft. b. Flooring tiles (Master / EMCO; Rs.1000/Meter) providing and laying in terraces front at first floor, street marble (Badal) 12”x 6”x 3/8”. c. All Bath room tiles up to Rs.2500/ Sq. Meter (7 Feet height) d. Skirting wooden ply will be provided in Wooden Ply/Tile area. e. Two numbers fireplace will be provided up to Rs.25, 000/- for each fireplace. f. Drawing dinning wooden floor upto Rs. 300 / sqft

ELECTRIVICATION a. It shall include conduit PVC pipe (High density Black Color Pipe) of ¾, 1” and 1 1/2 “as per Require in roof slab and walls will be provided. b. Fan box; chandler box, light box, ceiling light box and bracket light box will Be provided according to the electric drawing. c. Fast, Newage cables will be used. d. 3/29 wires for light plug will be used. e. 7/29 wires for light circuit will be used. f. 7/44 wires for power plug will be used. g. Italian Clipsal boxes for light plugs, power plugs and for switches will be provided According to the required size. h. Telephone points in all bedrooms, drawing and TV lounge. Italian Clipsal fittings as light, switches, two pin socket light plug, power plug and two Distribution board one on ground floor and other on first floor will be provided circuit Breaker price Rs.250/each. j. Wall light will be provided in each bedrooms of (Rs.1500/ Light) k. Intercom system wiring will be provided. l. UPS, wiring will be provided for Light and Fan 1+1 in each room and 1 light in each bath room. Generator soler provision will be provided. m. All spotlights to be used in house with adaptor (Rs.200/-each), electrical switch board OPAL Company (Total number of Spot lights _______). n. 3 Chandeliers will be given in the house up to Rs.15, 000/- for each chandelier. o. Fan / Exhaust fan, Pressure pump, Geyser.

WOOD WORK a. Main entrance door will be provided in solid ash wood. b. All other doors will be provided in semi solid wood. (Rs.3800/feet) c. Dolly, frames will be fully width of the wall made of Kale Wood. Covered with ¼”thick Lasani. d. French door with 8 mm Glass in living, Drawing, Dining rooms and TV Lounge Partition. e. All the Doors shall have Brass Lacquered hinges.350/ hinges f. Brass Chthonic will be used with all used. 350/ Chthonic g. Imported doorstoppers will be used.100/ Chthonic h. All bed and bath doors shall be fitted with locks of Price up to Rs.2000/i. Main Door shall have imported locks of Price up to Rs.7000/-

SUI GAS Sui Gas connection shall be available in: a. Kitchen b. Drawing Room (Fireplace) c. T.V Lounge. d. Geyser point and Servant Quarter as required. e. Extra gas point other than mentioned above will be charged Rs 25000 per point.

PROJECT PERIOD Period for the completion of bungalow without basement will be 12 month starting from ________________ and ending on ______________________.
