Throttle input not valid or not received. Engine lnlet Air Temperature Sensor voltage is too high (above 4.9 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Engine Inlet Air Temperature Sensor voltage is too low (below 0.1 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Engine inlet air temperature above 88° C (moderately severe level). Maximum power level is derated. Power boost is disabled. Clean Air to Air Aftercooler or reduce engine load. Engine coolant temperature above 115° C (most severe level). Maximum power level is derated. Power boost is disabled. Stop engine, Check coolant level, Check fan drive, Clean radiator. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor voltage is too high (above 4.9 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor voltage is too low (below 0.1 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Coolant Level Low. Engine coolant temperature above 125° C. Maximum power level is derated. Power boost is disabled. Check coolant level, Check fan drive, Clean radiator. Temporary loss of electrical power to the Engine Control Unit. Usually caused by turning the key switch to OFF and back to RUN before the engine stops. Engine Fuel Temperature Sensor voltage is too high (above 4.9 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Injector pump may be damaged because hot fuel loses its lubrication properties. Engine Fuel Temperature Sensor voltage is too low (below 0.1 V). The device or wiring is faulty. lnjector pump may be damaged because hot fuel loses its lubrication properties. Engine fuel temperature above normal range (Moderately severe level). Control Unit A00 - Description

Fuel shutoff circuit fault. lf Fuel shutoff valve circuit is open or shorted to ground, the Engine Control Unit can not energize the valve. The engine won't start. CAN bus messages are being lost. Other Diagnostic Trouble Codes will indicate the lost message. Rack measurement error with engine off. Engine may deliver reduced power. Rack position voltage out of range or incorrect high (above 4.9 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Rack position voltage out of range or incorrect low (below 0.1 V). The device or wiring is faulty. Rack instability. Engine may seem sluggish to changes in power requirements. Fuel Rack Actuator shorted to power. Engine may not run. Fuel Rack Actuator circuit open. Engine will not run. Fuel rack actuator shorted. Engine will overspeed into run-away. Rack position error. Engine may run erratically or shutdown. Engine may restart, but exhibit same symptoms. Start Signal missing while engine is cranking. Start signal on when engine speed is above 500 rpm. Torque curve selection not valid or not received because of lost CAN Bus message. Engine Control Unit will operate with nominal torque curve. Power Boost is disabled. Engine protection - power derated due to other faults. This code occurs in conjunction with 105.16, 110.00, 110.03, 110.04, and 110.16. Engine Control Unit security violation. Engine will only run at low idle.

Replace Armrest Control Unit if condition persists. CAN Bus messages are not received by the Armrest Control Unit in a timely manner. Possible effects are none, slow response, or machine down. CAN Bus messages are not being transmitted or received correctly. Possible effects are none, slow response, or machine down. CAN Bus message missing from Cornerpost Control Unit Backlight Command. The unloading auger engage output transistor detects an open, short, over voltage, or over temperature condition. The Armrest Control Unit will disengage the unloading auger. The fault condition must be removed before the auger can be engaged. The header engage output transistor detects an open, short, over voltage, or over temperature condition. The Armrest Control Unit will disengage the header. The fault condition must be removed before the header can be engaged. The separator engage output transistor detects an open, short, over voltage, or over temperature condition. The Armrest Control Unit will disengage the separator. The fault condition must be removed before the separator can be engaged. CAN Bus message missing from Cornerpost Control Unit Machine Configuration. The Seat Switch has been closed continuously for 6 hours. The switch or the wiring harness is shorted. The header will not disengage when the operator has left the seat. This must be corrected. Engine Speed above normal operation range (Most Severe Level). 1 CAN Bus message missing from Engine Control Unit - Engine 3 Speed. Controller Supply voltage out of range high (greater than 16 V). 3 Controller cannot exit boot block program. Replace Cornerpost 1 Control Unit if condition persists. EEPROM failed test at power up. Replace Cornerpost Control 1 Unit if condition persists, CAN Bus messages are not received by the Cornerpost Control 3 Unit in a timely manner. Possible effects are none, slow response, or machine down. Other Diagnostic Trouble Codes will indicate the lost message. CAN Bus messages are not being transmitted or received 3 correctly. Possible effects are none, slow response, or machine down. Sensor supply voltage high. 3 Sensor supply voltage low. 3 Concave Position Sensor voltage is too high. The device or 3 wiring is faulty. Concave Position Sensor voltage is too low. The device or wiring 3 is faulty. Dimmer voltage is too high. The device or wiring is faulty. 3 Cab interior backlighting output transistor detects an open, short, 3 over voltage, or over temperature condition. The Cornerpost Control Unit will turn off the backlighting. The fault condition must be removed before the backlighting can be turned on. CAN Bus message missing from Master Tailings Sensor 3 Tailings Volume. A switch on Triple Display Tachometer is closed for longer than 3 30 Seconds.

Priority Level Controller supply voltage out of range high (above 16 V). 1 Controller cannot exit boot block program. Reprogram or replace. 1 EEPROM error. The EEPROM is used to record operator entered 3 operating parameters. Combine not calibrated, perform Factory (combine) Calibration. CAN Bus messages are not received by the Header Control Unit 3 in a timely manner. Possible effects are no effect, slowed response, or no response. A CAN Bus message is not received by the Header Control Unit. 3 Possible effects are no effect, slowed response, or no response. Other Diagnostic Trouble Codes will indicate the lost message. Sensor supply voltage (cc# 481) high (above 5.5 V) for Return To 2 Cut Sensor, Reel Fore/Aft Position Sensor, Deck Plate Position Sensor, Right Header Height Sensor and Left Header Height Sensor. The voltage regulator of the Header Control Unit is bad or there is a short in the wiring. Sensor supply voltage (cc# 481) low (below 4.5 V) for Return To 2 Cut Sensor, Reel Fore/Aft Position Sensor, Deck Plate Position Sensor, Right Header Height Sensor and Left Header Height Sensor. The voltage regulator of the Header Control Unit is bad or there is a short in the wiring. Sensor supply voltage (cc# 471) high (above 5.5 V) for Tilt Angle 2 Sensor. These are the header select lines that identify the type of header on the combine. Header not connected or invalid connection.
