4/2014 to 9/2015

Technical Site Supervisor of 24/7 clinical lab operations of stat/routine laboratory services at SMHC Sanford campus, supervising fifteen clinical laboratory staff members including Medical Technologists and Medical Technicians working in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and point of care departments. Successfully organized and implemented the internship training program for UMA MLT students. Organization and project completion of blood gas testing transfer from respiratory department to clinical lab to meet regulatory requirements, including training and competency assessments of twenty staff members.
