To open Moshell to RNC

Right click in the tigo rw oss window Go to SUN TOOLS then go to Terminal type moshell 10.4.0.12 in the prompt

To open Moshell to RBS

Right click in the tigo rw oss window Go to SUN TOOLS then go to Terminal type moshell 10.4.0.abc in the prompt

Check status of RBSs

type the command strt and wait

When a site is down

all 3 sectors will show 000000 Check TX and Power

When a site have clock Error

all 3 sectors will show 111110

Set the Clock

Connect to the RBS Type command Read Clock Type command Set Clock 2009-11-29 13:35:00

One sector down

one of the 3 sectors shows 000000 Log in to the site type the command alt to view the alarms type lt e1 to load the e1s ansuer yes Type st e1 to view the status of the e1

To restart the RBS

type acc 0 manualrestart choose option 0 state the reason then confirm

Tigo RW OSS connected and open

need to know the ip of the RBS already connected to RBS using step 1; give it time to log see columns CFRPHEM1/2/3

to clear this alarm you set the clock open the a different window write the correct date and time.

if GW software error on RRU do restart the site.

3 e1 should be unlocked and enabled in normal state e1 with unlocked and disabled configuration is faulty need troubleshoot you must be logged on to the RBS warm restart
