Christmas Pearl Tree

Christmas pearl tree - free amigurumi pattern

A mini decor for Christmas crocheted with beads and crochet thread. It's a pine tree but I think pearl tree is a better name.

Materials: ( I used ) 5 mm and 2,75 mm crochet hooks Cotton crochet thread: white and green blend Worsted weight yarn: green Fiber fill Yarn needle Beads

Abbreviations: Sc = Single crochet Ch = Chain Sl = Slip stitch Inc = Increase Dec = Decrease Tc = Triple crochet Dc = Double crochet Inc tc = 2 triple crochet in same stitch Inc dc = 2 double crochet in same stitch Hdc= half double crochet Dec hdc= half double crochet 2 stitches together Inc hdc= 2 half double crochet in same stitch Start with 5mm crochet hook and green worsted weight yarn. Work all with front-loop only from R1 to R15

R1: magic ring, 6 sc, 6 sts R2: ( 2 sc, inc ) x 2 times, 8 sts R3: ( inc, 3 sc ) x 2 times, 10 sts R4: ( 4 sc, inc ) x 2 times, 12 sts R5: ( inc, 5 sc ) x 2 times, 14 sts R6: ( 6 sc, inc ) x 2 times, 16 sts R7: ( inc, 7 sc ) x 2 times, 18 sts R8: ( 8 sc, inc ) x 2 times, 20 sts R9: ( inc, 9 sc ) x 2 times, 22 sts R10: ( 10 sc, inc ) x 2 times, 24 sts R 11 to 15: sc around, 24 sts Back to normal crochet from this round. ( This is the base ) R 16: ( 2 sc, dec ) x 6 times, 18 sts ( start stuffing ) R 17: ( dec, 1 sc ) x 6 times, 12 sts R 18: dec x 6 times, 6 sts ( fasten off ) You will have a green cone like this.

Crochet ruffle - branches with 2,75mm crochet hook,cotton crochet thread and beads. Use crochet thread to string beads before you start.

From the last back-loop stitch of round 15, join your crochet thread with sc, crochet 1hdc, 1dc, 1hdc into next st. * Sc into next st, ( 1hdc, 1dc, 1hdc ) into next st* repeat ** 'till end. Randomly pull a bead and close it with sc while you crochet the ruffles
