Hire of Cheltenham Town Hall Chocolate Factory theming Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa meet and greet Themed cocktail on arrival Three course meal Live band DJ and disco

Venue - Cheltenham Town Hall Cheltenham Town Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed building in the heart of Cheltenham. Dating from the turn of the twentieth century the building is packed with original features and steeped in entertainment history as many famous names have performed here. As you make your way through the impressive entrance past the ornate octagonal spa where waters were once dispensed, you will enter the grand Main Hall, distinguished by its Corinthian style columns and beautifully decorated coved ceiling.

The Chocolate Factory Theming and Decor Through the use of dramatic lighting and draping, mesmorising props and edible table centres Millennia Events will bring the Chocolate Factory theme to life. Themeing will include: • Purple Wonka gates on arrival • Purple and orange ceiling draping • Giant swirl backdrop • Wonka machine • Giant luminescent mushrooms, lollipops and candy canes • Box hedging seating area • Dramatic lighting effects • Edible table centers • Chair covers with purple and orange sashes • Scratch and sniff wallpaper • LED dance floor

Garden Scene Re-live the excitement of the film as the children first enter the Chocolate Factory. Enter through the giant Wonka Gates and into the garden scene where luminescent mushrooms lollipops and candy canes grow amongst box hedging.

Wonka Machine Across the room the Wonka machine stands tall alongside magical scratch and sniff wallpaper calling out for guests to interact and play.

Catering - Edible Extras To reflect this fun and fantastical theme delicious edible extras will tantalise guests throughout the night. Edible extras will include: • Chocolate Martini on arrival • Chocolate fountain • Candyfloss and popcorn stall

Chocolate Martini drinks reception As guests arrive they will be greeted by a delicious chocolate drink which seems as if it had just been scooped from Wonka’s infamous chocolate river, a great talking point to break the ice.

Chocolate Fountain A mouth-watering sight, chocolate fountains are great fun and provide a point of interest where guests can mingle. Create your own skewer of your favourite fresh fruits and marshmallows and have a go at dunking it yourself!

Menu In keeping with the formal style of your Christmas party a sumptuous festive three course menu will be served.

Starter Smoked salmon and crayfish tail salad with a creamed horseradish dressing or Warmed, stilton, walnut and broccoli tartlet with rocket salad (v) Main Course Organic free range Sussex turkey breast served with cranberry sauce and all the trimmings or Mushroom wellington, field mushrooms and cashew nuts in a light puff pastry (v) All main courses are served with seasonal segetables and duck fat roasted potatoes Desserts Classic fruity and nutty Christmas pudding with brandy sauce (v) or Cinnamon spiced crème brulee with caramelised apple compote and shortbread (v) To finish Tea, coffee and mince pies

Entertainment Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas Invite Willy Wonka himself along with his friendly Oompa Loompas to meet and greet your guests on arrival. Staying in character throughout the night these fun performers will entertain guests with comedy sketches and choreographed routines.

Giant Interactive Piano A great addition to any event a giant interactive piano will create a focal point at your Christmas party and leave guests begging to take their turn.

Live Party Band A live band has always been one of the simplest and best-loved forms of entertainment at a party. Playing party covers from across the decades the band will step the party up a gear following a formal dinner and really bring the party to life.
