PATTERN TIPS

Color change: To get a nice color change work last sc in current color as follows: insert hook in last st, pull up a loop, make YO with the new color and pull it through all sts on hook. Continue with the new color. Please watch the video at link to find out  out  how to get a nice color change  change

How to close the hole: Close the hole using a tapestry needle. When closing the hole use only the front loops and move around the circle from stitch to stitch until the hole closes nicely. hole   Please watch the video at link to find out  out  how to close the hole

How to invisible fasten off finish with ss; using a needle insert it in both loops of the second stitch after the last stitch; then, insert it only in the back loop of the last stitch; secure the yarn. Please watch the video at link to find out  out  how to invisible fasten off Reverse sc (“crab stitch”)  stitch”)  The reverse single crochet stitch is sometimes called the crab stitch. The actual mechanics of a reverse

single crochet stitch are the same as for a regular single crochet — except in reverse. Instead of working from right to left, you work from left to right. It creates a somewhat twisted,

rounded edge that’s good for making a simple finished edge for your work. Please watch video at link to find out  out  how to do reverse sc

How to crochet ssc When using this method the hook is inserted in between the legs of next stitch. By way using split s plit single crochet stitch it will keep the colorwork vertically straight throughout the round. Follow the pattern to work on stitches in color A until the last yarn over, pull through the loop with the new color B. Leave the color A behind until it is time to work on it again. Continue to work in Color B until it is time to change the color back to A, on the last stitch in the color B, just pull through the color A on the last yarn over and drop the color B. Leave a decent length of the unwork yarn between the color change so that it won’t distort the shape of your amigurumi. Repeat this until you have completed the pattern. Please watch the video at link to find out  out  how to do split single crochet stitch

How to increase with changing colors Please watch the video at link to see  see  how to do increases with changing colors colors

How to crochet bobble When crocheting the bobble stitch, we are pulling up a series of loops that we will then pull through all at once. Usually the bobbles are worked on the “wrong” side of the fabric, this makes the stitch puff out

on the opposite side of the work, making it into a little “bobble”.  In this pattern bobbles are worked between stitches and FLO on right side. "bobble"   Please watch the video at link to find out  out  how to crochet "bobble"

How to embroider a French knot: Insert the needle from the back to the front through the stitch where you want the knot to show. Keep the tip of the needle flat against your crochetwork and wrap the yarn around your needle twice. Insert the needle in the stitch next to the starting point and carefully pull the needle through these loops so that you end up with a double knot.

How to do back post half double crochet Make YO. Insert your hook from back to front between the posts of the previous and current half

double crochet in the row below, and then from f rom front to back between the posts of the current and next stitches. Catch the yarn. Pull the yarn back and catch the yarn again. Work one half double crochet.

Please watch video at link to find out  out  how to make back post half double crochet

C: bring your needle up through your starting point; then, insert your needle one stitch back from the starting point and pull up the needle one stitch to forward. Repeat till end.
