Proposal on the language lab layout •

The benefit of CALL System exists in its interactivity between a teacher and students in the class room. To maximize and leverage the benefit, we would like to propose the language lab room would be where – teacher’s desk is in front of the students where eye-contacts can be made during the class. – the projection screen is beside the teacher’s desk where students can naturally gaze at. Although carrel desks are good for self-study, using open desks without high sides can be an option to assure interactive visibility.
