Statement of the Problem General Problem Retrieving detail and accurate information is very critical especially for public and people that are involved in an organization. Specific problem The current problems that face by the Bulacan Polytechnic College are: 1. Announcements or news by lecturers or students sometimes does not get to the right person at the right time. 2. Finding of information for the refistrar becomes more difficult when it is needed. 3. Administrations needs an appropriate medium where they can easily manage and display information. 4. The students does not sure if the information they get is legitimate. 5. Students need to go directly to the school to check their current status or record.

Provides an easy way of getting information about the school. 4. To view the grades (past/current) of the students. 5. It provides study purporse resources for the student.
