CHAPTER 5 THE PROPOSED SYSTEM System Overview The proposed enhancement of the existing Enrollment System for Calaba High School is going to be a computerized Enrollment System.

The proposed system will decrease the number of manpower, space, and time needed for enrollment. The system will not only give the school the benefit of being able to cut down the money and time spent for the enrollment. It also includes the computerized processing of transactions needed for the business.

The proposed system enables the faculty and staff to have an access to the enrollment system in their own school

The proposed system facilitates in keeping track of the records, transactions, and other activities of the students regarding the enrollment. The system generated reports needed by the faculty and the students like the Official Receipt, Certificate of Registration, and the Student Master List.

The Student Information Sheet, Registration Form, Advising are available online submitted in the same manner. The payment of the fees due to the student could be paid cash. Once the transactions are validated and completed, the student will be given the Registration also printable via computer but should be sealed by the Registrar to be considered valid, personal copy of the Official Receipt, and ID. The instructors or faculty members would also be given the copy of the Class List for the class or subjects that an instructor is going to handle.
