Responsible for overall channel strategy, sales and account management for all channel partners and distributors selling Panasonic business products, including mobility, professional AV, doc/imaging security, and POS. Developed strategic planning and vision for channel partner programs for the U.S. and Latin America. Managed marketing and sales of reseller partners and solution providers. Set strategic channel direction for $1B mobility, AV and POS manufacturer, including strategies in distribution and partner program management. Responsible for overall sales strategy, budget, marketing, and account relationships. Directed multiple mergers of various product group programs into one, to seamlessly create fewer, but more successful programs.
