Operations Technician – Latisys – August thru November 2009 Completed 6 month contract within 3 months. Assisted in troubleshooting issues for the company infrastructure on both servers and client systems. Worked with small team to ensure Windows infrastructure environment was stable.
IT Solutions Consultant – US Bank – June 2008 – June 2009 Worked as a Windows system and server Expert for Development group. Assisted with issues between client machines/servers (Middleware) to the servers in 3 separate companies that had different rules, policies and control teams. Project management of Virtualization for existing production servers establishing little or no outages. Created Visio end-to-end road map of data movement across the Application Middleware environment.
