Chandali level 1 practice Activation affirmation: “I now activate sacred fire of Chandali. Cleanse all my body from all negative energy and disease.” Baglamukhi Body protector: Do Shakti Mudra:

“Om hreem lreem Baglamukhi mam sarvachestanam vacham mukham

padam stambhay jihvam kilay buddhim vinashay hreem lreem om svaha” Repeat 7 times while visualizing your body turning to gold. Meditation: This is the daily meditation to strengthen the flow of sacred fire of Candali and to strengthen the Baglamukhi body protector. This meditation can also help manifestation. Say activation affirmation. Do Soorya mudra.

Calm the breathing. Repeat “Om hareeng Baglamukhi namaha” 21 times. Pray for blessing, or for any particular manifesrtation. Meditate for 15 minutes, enjoy the flow of Candali.
