Recertification Certification is valid for 5 years. CAFM/CAFS graduates must acquire
professional points throughout the 5-year interim to remain active. NAFA provides CAFM/CAFS graduates with recertification guidelines outlining activity to retain the CAFM/CAFS designation. On-Line recertification tool.
Costs in U.S. Currency CAFM/CAFS Enrollment: $595/$349
(includes study materials) CAFM/CAFS Exams: $200 (per date) Recertification: $100 every 5-years
