Increase the understanding of CAD system with CATIA practice Understand relationship between CAD system and PDM system

Design whole parts of mug using “Part Design” menu. Assemble designed parts using “Assembly Design” menu. Create STEP and BOM with Assembled product. product Create Product property file Convert 3D model to 2D drawing with “Drafting” menu

Input the part name. (Under_Cover)

Set Z-axis into a normal direction

Click xy plane[xy 평면], 평면] then click a sketch icon

Create working window.

Click a circle icon to create a center point based circle. circle

Input exact dimension (33.5mm) by double click the circle

To make a Tray form form, click a [Hole] icon.

To show a 3D modeling picture , click a [워크벤치 종료] icon

After clicking the created circle, click a [Pad] icon.

Input exact height (10mm) by double click the circle

Input a diameter of hole(63mm) and a height of hole (8mm)

To make a Inner wall, click the inside of Under_Cover and click the [스케치] icon.

After clicking Inner circle, click a [Pad] icon. Then, Input a thickness of hole(2mm)) and a height of Inner wall(8mm).

Using [원] icon, you can draw a circle of which semi-diameter is 25.5mm. After that, click the [워크벤치 종료] icon.

Its a completed Under_Cover.

To show a 3D modeling picture , click a [워크벤치 종료] icon and click [Shaft] icon.

Click a corner of figure and set a position of figure by referring this d drawing. i

Select a upper side of cup, click a [Shell] icon.

Select a bottom of cup to make a pad and make a circle of which diameter is 47mm in a sketch mode.

4 Use [Pad] function. Length=15mm, 1 Thin Pad-thickness1=2mm

For easy assembly, click [조작] manipulation icon, then arrange each parts

Set the direction with manipulation icon, then click the center point or manipulation icon or any point on the draft paper
