TEGOAMIN  33

Preferred as a co-catalyst, catalyzes both the gelling and the blowing reaction.

TEGOAMIN® BDE

Preferred as a very active co-catalyst used to catalyze particularly the blowing reaction.

TEGOAMIN® B 75

Very versatile for all foam densities. Does not need a co-catalyst due to a well balanced blowing/gelling action.

TEGOAMIN® DMEA

Highly blow-efficient, good co-catalyst, particularly when used with TEGOAMIN ® 33

TEGOAMIN® SMP

Especially  E specially well suited for foams in the low and medium density range. Improves the hardness by about 5 – 10 %.

TEGOAMIN® PTA

Very versatile for all foam densities. Does not need a co-catalyst due to a well balanced blowing/gelling action.

 Stannous octoate, essential for all flexible polyether foams. Stannous

Emission free stannous catalyst for all kind of flexible polyether foams.

The preferred tertiary amines for high resilience foam manufacturing are Bis(2-dimethylaminoethyl)ether and Triethylenediamine. The former supports the blowing reaction, the latter accelerates the gelling reaction primarily. Both types are available as convenient convenient-to-dose, -to-dose, ready-to-use versions.
