Stored pressure 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Kg Best quality dry powder utilizes a specially fluidized and siliconized Mono Ammonium Phosphate dry chemical (MAP) certified EN615. It chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 170°C and coats surface to which it is applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. Excellent on class C fires.
Cheap, efficacy, multipurpose. Dirty, it requires hard work for cleaning after use. Low visibility during discharge.

Marine Portable LIFEWATER ® - Lt 9 -100% Biodegradable - EN 3.7 Stored pressure premixed It is totally clean, without foam, 100% biodegradable and zero pollution. Fully respect the environment. The special nozzle discharges very fine drops of water, and has passed EN3 electricity conductivity test as EN3; suggest use until 1000 volt without any danger. All fire extinguishers wi th Foam SEALFIRE or LIFEWATER, has the cylinder with internal coating PLASTCOAT which is guaranteed 10 years against corrosion. Optional: cylinder stainless steel, antifreeze, enabling its use at very low temperature till -30°C.
LIFEWATER is a special additive added to pure water which improves performances in fires of class A such us, paper, textiles, woods. Typically used in schools, hotels, hospitals.

Firekill is a pressurized cylinder filled with clean gas HFC227, or ABC powder. It is automatic with manual remote control. It is equipped with one thermosensitive bulb, at 93°C (or on request at 68°, and 79°C). Firekill ® has a versatile valve, completely automatic without use of any source of energy. It has a manual remote control pull cable and on request an electric actuator. Moreover it is possible to connect a control box that controls thermocable or smoke detectors. Firekill ® unique valve has two outlets, diam. 3/8" pipes, a maximum of 4 nozzles. Its great advantage is that it may distribute the jet with prec ision in th e effective poi nt of the fire risk. Assembly without the necessity of threading tubes, extremely easy and quick. Suitable also to protect mixes of varnishes, garages, flammable liquids storage, etc. The gas is clean, does not leave residues, it is safe for humans and animals, and fully ecological with the environment.

The original "clean agent," Carbon Dioxide suppresses fire without leaving behind water, foam or dry chemical to damage sensitive equipment. And because there is no agent to clean up, you a re back in business faster. Carbon Dioxide systems are still the best fire protection solution for many applications. They provide automatic or manual protection for Class A, B or C fires. Although carbon dioxide fire protection is not a new concept, its versatility and unique benefits have kept it in high demand. HFC 227 gas extinguishing system Application Area
In fact, its ODP = 0 and NFPA classify it as safe for total flooding application even in presence of humans when used in the proper concentation suggested by the standards NFPA 2001 and further updates. Concentration normally requested is 8%, means 633 gr/mc at 20°C. Does not leave residue, ideal to protect high value equipment such as in museum, banks, EDP computer servers, switching rooms, archives, etc.... EPA, Environments Protection Agency and NFPA recognize it as one of most efficient substitutes of halon 1301 available. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE 1. PRICES and TERMS The goods shall be purchased or quoted on these Terms and Conditions and at prices prevailing at the order date. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless varied in writing. 2. TERMS OF PAYMENT 1. Payment shall be either; by L/C irr and confirmed, or T/T in advance, unless prior written agreement. Deposit is requested for non standard materials. 2. If payment is not received by the due date, then the Company may refuse delivery of further goods and stop further credit facilities. 3. The Customer will pay all collection and legal costs actually incurred by the Company (including actual solicitor/client costs) that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account. 3. INTER EST Payments not made on due date may, at the Company’s sole discretion, bear interest from the date of the invoice at the rate of 2% per month until paid (or at such rate as shall be in force at the date of purchase). 4. CREDIT LIMIT The Company may cancel orders in respect of any undelivered goods or may with hold delivery of future orders if the Customer’s account exceeds the credit terms set by the Company. 5. NON RECEIPT OR DAMAGE All goods must be checked on r eceipt as to q uantity and/or d amage. Discrepancies on quantity, weight or damage must be reported by the Customer to both the Carrier and the Company within 3 days from the date of delivery, otherwise the claim may be rejected by the Company. The Company will replace goods covered by approved claims, and transport cost at same conditions of original order. 6. RETURNED GOODS No goods shall be returned for credit without the Company’s prior written approval. 7 . C LA IM S All claims regar ding goods sup plied or allegati ons regarding goods not having been supplied as per invoice/packing slip shall be made within 3 days of delivery of the goods and in the absence of any claim the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of the invoices as correct and accept that the goods specified are as delivered. 8. CLAIMS RETURN POLICY 1. Goods supplied in error are returnable for replacement or credit, providing the error is notified to the Company in writing within 3 days of delivery. 2. No claim will be recognised unless the goods are returned with the original invoice/packing slip, or the number and date of the invoice/ packing slip are enclosed. 3. No claim will be recognised unless the returned goods are in sealeable, undamaged and clean condition, and in the original packaging, complete with detachable accessories and instruction manuals. 4. The Company may at its sole discretion accept the return of goods surplus to the requirements of the Customer in which event the credit may not exceed 75% of the original amount charged for those goods. 9. RISK AND DELIVERY Risk passes to the Customer on delivery of the goods. Delivery shall be deemed complete when the Company gives possession of the goods directly to the Customer, or possession of the goods is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for the purposes of transmission to the Customer. 10. WARRANTY 1. Except as provided in the European Communities rules, and by the manufacturer’s written warranty (if any) the Company makes no representation, condition, warranty or promise, express or implied, in respect of goods supplied to the Customer. 2. Except as provided in the European Communities rules, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the Customer as a result of a breach of any of the Company’s obligations regarding the supply of goods or any negligence on the part of the Company, its servants, agents or contractors, nor shall the Company be liable for any loss damage or injury caused to the Customer’s servants, agents, contractors, customers or other persons. The Customer will indemnify the Company against any claim by such persons. 3. The liability of the Company arising from a breach of any of the Company’s obligations regarding the supply of goods, or from any negligence on the Company’s part, its servants, agents or contractors will be limited to damages which will not exceed the price of the goods supplied. 4. Where the Customer purchases goods for a particular purpose, it is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the goods will be suitable for the Customer’s purpose, and the Company shall have no liability whatsoever in the event that the goods are not fit for the Customer’s purpose, notwithstanding any statements made to the Customer by the Company or its officers or employees.
11. OWNERSHIP 1. Ownership reserved: It is expressly agreed that ownership is reserved and legal and equitable title to and property in all goods supplied by the Company is and remains vested in the Company until payment in full has been received by the Company. 2. Recovery of Goods: The Company may at any time before sale of any goods by the Customer recover and take repossession of such goods and otherwise exercise in relation to those goods any of its rights where those rights are also covered by common law, contract, statute or in any other way. 12. PRIVACY ACT 1. The Customer authorises the Company: (a) To collect and retain and use personal information about the Customer (the information contained in this document) for the following: (i) Assessing the Customer’s credit worthiness. (ii) Administering the financing, whether directly or indirectly of theCustomer contracts(s) and enforcing the Company’s rights thereunder. (iii) Marketing goods and services provided by the Company. (b) To provide the information: (i) to any person for the foregoing purposes (ii) to employees and agents of the Company and any other person, in the ordinary course of business, for any of the foregoing purposes (iii) to credit agencies for the purpose of maintaining effective credit records. 2. The Customer acknowledges: (a) that the information is held by the Company at the address specified in this document, notwithstanding that it may also be held elsewhere by the Company and other persons for the purposes described above. (b) that where information can be readily retrieved the Customer shall have access to it, the right to request correction and the right to be notified of action taken in response to any such request, subject to payment of any reasonable charge. (c) that the aforesaid authorisations are irrevocable. 13. PERSONAL GUARANTEE OF COMPANY DIRECTORS OR TRUSTEES If the Customer is a company or trust, the director(s) or trustee(s) signing this contract, in consideration of the Company agreeing to supply goods and grant credit to the Customer at their request, also sign this contract in their personal capacity and jointly and severally personally undertake as principal debtors to the Company the payment of any and all monies now or hereafter owed by the Customer to the Company and indemnify the Company against non-payment by the Customer. Any personal liab ility of a signator y here to sh all not exclude th e Customer in any way whatsoever from the liabilities and obligations contained in this contract. The signatories and Customer shall be jointly and severally liable under the terms and conditions of this contract and for payment of all sums due hereunder. 14. VALIDITY. Maintenance of Portable fire extinguishers Maintenance There does not exist one Standard valid in all European countries. Italian Standard 9994 is the most restrictive rule existing in Europe, requiring service every 6 months, while in most countries it is once per year, or every 2 years. Here below are some good suggestions: Survelliance Visual inspection of correct position and installation: every day. Maintenance Must be made by an authorized technician. Series of control and maintenance with purpose to ensure the correct functionality of the extinguisher. Inspection of pressure, weight, integrity of all components. Refilling Must be made when the extinguisher has been used even partially. When the gauge shows low pressure, and needle is in the red area, or weight is less than recorded in the service card. Disposal Must be made according to regulations in the customers own country. CO2 carbon dioxide and Halogenated FOXER do NOT need to be changed, they never change their properties when stored in the fire extinguisher.
Dry powder: in England it is a requirement to make a discharge test every 5 years. In Germany discharge, check for impurities or caking, and refill after filtering, these are requirements different in other countries. A good rule is check at least every 2 years. If the powder appears fine, with a good fluidity and smoothness, without any caking, that means its chemical and physical properties are intact, and it is still good to be used. Generally a good powder manufactured and approved according to EN615, kept in sealed fire extinguishers, within temperature -30°C + 60°C will not change its chemical and physical properties. Replace the powder if it starts caking and has low fluidity. Foam: when it is a premixed solution it is a good rule to change and recharge with fresh solution every 3 / 5 years, check the instructions of the manufacturer. When the foam compound is sealed in a plastic cartridge and not in contact with sunlight and water, validity is at least 5 years. Follow the instructions of the manufacturer. Test: Hydraulic test of cylinder, the rule valid in all Europe is every 12 years. For cylinders produced with CE PED mark. CO2 cylinders with CE PED or T-PED mark every 10 years.
