So landscaping included 70 Pleached Tilia Europea trees.

Over 4,500 plants, 8,000 bulbs were installed contribung to BREAAM excellent status.

Case CaseStudy Study Brent Civic Centre Being a paral contracted design project, Willerby Landscapes partnered with a major contractor and a design team, then led the process of taking the design, geng it built and working within a sequence on site that brought innovave use of  alternave materials and techniques to achieve the meline. Co‐ordinang the services on a ‘live’ site was  just one of  the many challenges to overcome. Because of restricons in deploying equipment and

acvity,

Willerby

Landscapes had to ensure close collabora on with all trades on site. By implemenng a pro‐acve approach to the project, phasing the works and by adopng innovave techniques, Willerby were able to show leadership and deliver on me without compromising on quality.

The project being a half  podium concept; a wedding garden covering the entrance to the car park, was built as it was being designed. Willerby Landscapes took the outline design, formulated and presented mock ups of  various concepts and design changes for client approval and even engineered the concrete fill by using a diff erent but compliance spec to pump the concrete, thus making the job quicker.

Case CaseStudy Study Brent Civic Centre The so landscaping included 70 Pleached Tilia Europea trees which, because of the seasonality of  the specie, had to be planted before the hard landscaping. Addionally over 4,500 plants, 8,000 bulbs and the installaon of  a water feature and irrigaon system along with internal trees and Ivy panels, also had to be completed within the 12 weeks of the project.
