To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing with respect to your restaurant review about Casa Paco last week. According to your rave review, Casa Paco is the best little tapas bar opened recently. I wish to express my dissatisfaction with it. Several days ago, my family and I went to Casa Paco looking for an out of this world eating experience, nevertheless we suffered a number of problems. Firstly, the place was packed and despite having booked our table, we were expected to share it with another family. Secondly, the menu was incredibly limited, the wide selection of diches, you had mentioned in your review, turned into a restricted choice. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we were shocked to discover that it was too pricey, indeed, it cost us an arm and a leg. We were not supposed to be in a posh restaurant to pay such an incredible amount of money. To sum up, your review was inaccurate and unfair. I am so sorry to tell you that such an awful dinner we had never had before. As a matter of fact I suggest you take more care about what you say in your reviews or you will lose your reliability and your faithful readers. Yours faithfully, Lidia Arias
