An Invitation The Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases, The Madras Medical Mission is a state of the art exclusive cardiac care centre in Chennai. It is a 280-bedded hospital with 28 years of experience performing about 2000 open-heart adult and pediatric surgeries yearly. The cardiology department performs 5000 cath procedures annually. The Institute of Cardio - Vascular Diseases of the Madras Medical Mission has been recognized by the National Board of Examinations for DNB - Cardiology, DNB - Cardiothoracic Surgery, FNB - Pediatric Cardiology, FNB - Cardiac Anaesthesia and FNB - Interventional Cardiology courses. Overwhelmed by the response to our Clinical Cardiology Updates held in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016, we are conducting Clinical Cardiology Update 2017 at the Zachariah Mar Dionysius Auditorium of The Madras Medical Mission from 27th to 29th of January 2017. This 2½ day clinical cardiology course will have 10 clinical case presentations, 11 lectures on clinical cardiology related topics, 10 interactive sessions on Electrocardiograms, X-rays, Pressure Volume Loops, Electrophysiology Studies, Oxymetry runs, Hemodynamic data, and Clinical Scenarios. CD presentation of the entire proceedings and a Course Book will be given to delegates. The faculty will be renowned cardiologists from across the country. A nominal registration fee of Rs.1,500/- should be sent along with the registration form attached. The last date for registration will be 31st December 2016.
