(1) As per Vendor's clarification (Clarification_Sheet for BU-05-VD-305-MA-DSH-3301-010-02) item 3, "The external source gas as primary seal gas is N2. We use N2 with 7 barg to startup and shutdown. For the detail information,please see the PID" But, According to MOM item 1.126, Nitrogen shall not be used as primary seal gas during compressor startup. So Vendor's reply is not acceptable and Condition and type of External source gas as primary seal gas during compressor start up and after compressor shutdown should be specified. (Regarding previous agreements, fuel gas is available for further use.)
