Section 5: “Global Strategic initiative of the World Civil Society: NOOSPHERIC ETHICAL - ECOLOGICAL CONSTITUTION FOR MANKIND” Excellencies, Distinguished Participants of the World Forum of Spiritual Culture, Ladies and Gentlemen. It is a great privilege to speak to you today. My name is Boris Petrovic. I am the Network Coordinator of the Noosphere Forum. I represent the Noosphere Spiritual-Ecological World Assembly in Serbia, the Nikola Tesla Society in Serbia and the Institute for New Cosmology and the Science of Time in Serbia. The Noosphere connection is for the hyper-sensible creatures. The way of manifestation of the source of life, the primordial thought towards a telepathic union of all living on Earth. Telepathic communion is forming through the fine in KULT.UR, cultivating the light of the subtle human body through art forms creation and various vibration and cosmic time synchronization practices. We are practicing of the Noosphere connection with uplink and download characteristics. We are already one where the dream world meets material reality. When the barriers of consciousness and sub-consciousness are brought down, the downlink to the timeless book of Akasha is open as forms of information transfer. The manifesting of the Supramental on planet Earth is brought forward by practices of Noosphere uplink with a different protocol than the downlink, as forms of energy transfer.

The human subtle body acts as an antenna similar to the function of a simple Tesla coil in Non-Hertzian mode of operation. The operating frequency of human brains are in tune to the Ionospheric cavity of planet Earth. Increasing Noosphere uplink abilities in thousands of human antennas is leading to increasing the energy of civilization through resonance. Noosphere linking is to bring down the final barrier of human perception – the light barrier. The mode of linking is through super-luminal waves. A new spiritual science and technology is thus emerging as a complete shift in science. A spiritual science will teach about the underlying principles of connectivity of all living beings and cosmic connectivity. Bringing the Noosphere constitution forward to emanation is a clear sign of cosmic unity manifesting through humans on planet Earth. The Noosphere Constitution provides a global platform and structure to strengthening spiritual ecology. New models of self-sustainable communities practicing Noosphere connectivity are emerging worldwide, such as the CREST13, Tamera, Vissarion. Noosphere virtual communities are also active in global consciousness practice, including spiritual scientists from all over the planet. The Noosphere Spiritual Ecological World Assembly must build on this momentum to support the establishment of a global Noosphere research center. Restitution of natural resources and energy autonomy through open source energy technologies are keys to the transition of global biosphere networks to the planetary Noosphere. The Noosphere Spiritual Ecological World Assembly will support the development of various biosphere models by advocating for establishing the BIOSPHERE XPRIZE. Only by resolving the planetary biosphere crisis can humans approach outer space settlement through spiritual space. The Noosphere constitution is thus a breaking point in collective consciousness, carefully balancing individual rights and the freedom of creative force in a global community. New models of social experimentation through research of resonance in human systems together with peaceful interaction with nature are ways to Earth’s fine body healing. Earth changes are not simply climate change but a far more complex systematic process directed by the Solar Logos. The cosmic egg of planet Earth is about to hatch in a powerful geological process. The Earth Kundalini is rising to cosmic Noosphere union by interaction of the blood of the Solar system plasma with the Earth’s magnetic field. Earth telepathic antenna – the Global Brain is about to be excited, opening up to the field of timeless in the Earth umbilical cosmic connection: the Magnetic Reconnection – the Earth’s magnetic null. The Earth’s magnetosphere is one giant particle accelerator, and can be used as a global time-machine device. The essence of conflict of duality can only be finally resolved by changing matter properties and encoding bringing about multi-dimensional existence. This dark twin is present, but the trauma of separation buries the twin in sub-consciousness, the dream world. But it is this trauma of fracturing between the day and night that leads humanity, in great spiritual strength, towards final unity with our dark twin. Beyond the Sun, there is another Sun, a dark twin. Beyond planet Earth, there is another Earth – dark matter Earth. Dark energy technology is the emerging science of the Noosphere uplink. Manifesting cosmic unity on Earth through the Noosphere World Assembly is a sign of galactic communion. As a Global Brain short-circuit in the Timewave of the Noosphere manifestation, the hereby presented time-mirror is as salvation for mankind from the prison of duality cycles. Steering the arrow of time, using dark energy technology on the carrier of the global mind, the Earth’s Magnetosphere will reflect all phenomenal without distinction in the Evolutive attractor – the Omega Point.
