It is the suitable machine for mass production of medium capacity of 10ℓ~30ℓ jerrrcan and complicated shapes of subsidiary containers for automation and operation is very simple. It is very safe thanks to blowing out robot installation. It is designed that automation is possible for mass production of medium capacity of containers and of high quality products. The machine functions are maximized as metal mold rotary die operation and blow part extension pin and hydraulic operation are installed on mold base as basic specifications. ※ Storing type die is developed so that contents capacity of medium and large size containers can be confirmed through perspective line and it is applied to oil and chemical containers.

DC-AP-SBM Aseptic Blowing, Filling and Sealing Machine
The existing blow molding machine used only for molding empty container but aseptic blow molding machine is the machine that filling, sealing or capping work of contents are executed with ful automatic one cycle in machine finished. The great amount of cost due to carriage, loading, equipments, manpower in the process from molding to filling and capping can also be reduced and plant automation can be simplified, paying the expense for aseptic blow molding machine. As the containers are applied to the process of molding, filling, and sealing in MOLD is executed, air tightness of filling mouth of sealing parts are complemented perfectly.

Blow Pin Part As it is up type, Parison extension machine and blow pin operate up and down, and sleeve cuts the gate of products automatically, post processing is not necessary. After pin rise molding, the pin falls for automatic blowing out and fixed work is kept for angle adjusting and blow molding and air is exhausted so that the inside of containers can be cooled. Multi use is possible as they are molding products of complicated shapes.
Mold Clamping Part Even closing force is kept on all surface of mold base and the structure is to raise working efficiency. As blowing part of metal mold is simple and guide rail bearings are used for fixed feeding of mold base, friction load can be infinitesimal for metal mold of settled and large weight and it is fed to fine high speed opening and closing die. So it excludes load occurrence in fixed rate and machine structure itself.
Take Out Part As the Take Out Part is installed and products are blown out automatically from metal mold after blow molding completion, automation, makes operator’s safety accidents prevention and working possible.

Best efficiency of in-mould labeling machine system appliable to every molding machineries It has equiped the label adsorption pad outside of label arm with two functions combined as for label insert and product pick machine. Adopted actuator of servo motor, drive for each movement of operation to be able to operate at high speed smoothly saving the time and to make possible of step programming for arbitrary position which is excellent for general machinery. Accumlator Die Head The Material Continuously Plasticised by The Extruder is collected in the Accumulator Head and ejected as a parison at the start of each cycle of the blow molding machine. Outstanding Advantges of the head design are : •UStreamlined melt flow •Quick color change capability •Uniform melt pressure distribution •Fast programmer response The DCM Head Allows Polymer to enter the parion forming chamber two different inlet points, each 180°£ degrees away from the other. This produces an inner and another ring of polymer in the shooting ram. All DCM Accumulator Heads are designed.
Extruder Unit DCM large blow molding machines can be equipped with various extruders. All the Extruders in particular convert HMWHDPE, HDPE, PP at relatively low temperatures to a homogeneous plasticised mass. Virgin material in granule or grit, regrind and coloring additives can be processed.
