1. Out of the box, installation, commissioning 1.1 Out of the box. 30L-230L the packet with the open to the packaging, the packaging filed .230L directly to the Package with the open, the host will reveal the packaging.

Heating: Set the temperature as needs (find details in meter instruction), then the temperature starts rise; when temperature inside working room reaches the set point, the indication light will go out, keep the temperature constant for 30min, then the working room goes into constant temperature state. Note: when setting over-temperature alarm, set the temperature 10 ℃ higher than normal temperature; if it does not need, set the temperature to 100℃. Maintenance: Keep the incubator clean, wipe the container sealing rubber strip by soft cloth and clear the dirt out; avoid cleaning it by chemical solution to prevent chemical reaction damage on sealing rubber strip. If the incubator is unused for a long time, daub neutral grease or Vaseline on galvanized parts to prevent corrosion; cover the incubator with plastic dust cap, and store it in the dry room to keep the electric device against wet.

Then press   or < key to the lower displayer display 0.Again press the set key to find the symbol character for the needed parameter. Through press   or < key till the high row displays display the parameter needed is reached. Some parameters may be setting at once. Press the set key over 5 seconds the instrument returned to. If no key is press down the instrument return to its standard mode after 30 seconds. The function of the controller Auto-tuning After pressing /AT key 5 seconds the AT indicator flashes and the auto-tuning press starts; after the end of auto-tuning the AT indicator then be turned out. A set of PID parameters can be got automatically for overcoming temperature overshoot. The controller operates according to this set of PID parameters.
