Last season in the English Premiership only 20% of all the games played finished in a draw. This comes as a very interesting statistic for anyone interested in football betting. Basically If you had layed the draw on every single game in last seasons Premiership you would have had an 80% strike rate. What I mean when I say "Layed the draw" is a specific bet that a site like betfair enables you to make. When you lay the draw you are essentialy betting the game won't end in a draw ie. one of the teams involved will win. An example of one such bet is below;
Here you can see that I have layed the draw In the game between Reggina and Roma in Italy's Serie A League. You do this by clicking on the lay odds for the draw in pink, then enter your backers stake (this is what you'll win if the result is not a draw) you will then be able to see your liability (the amount you will lose if the game is a draw). In this example I have entered £5 as the backers stake (the amount I stand to win) at odds of 3.6 creating a liability of £13.00 (the amount I could lose if the result is a draw). You can see on the picture above that the amount I will win if the bet is succesful is in green and the amount I stand to lose is in red. As you can see, the amount I stand to lose (my liability) is more than the amount I stand to win. This is always the case when laying the draw as the lay odds will always be between 3.3 and 4.0
approxiamately. Even so, if you had layed the draw on every single premiership match last season you would still have made a profit overall. However, I wasn't happy with an 80% strike rate. This is because the 20% of the time I would be losing bets if I arbitarily layed the draw on matches at random. So I have developed a way of quickly and easily targeting games where draws are less likely to occur. This system will show you, very simply and with just a 10-20 minutes a day research, a way of increasing the strike rate for laying the draw bets dramatically and in turn increasing your profits

The method I've developed has not picked a single losing lay this season! Last season I used it in conjuction with two countries, England and Holland. The strike rate in England was 95% and in Holland it was an incredible 100%!!! The best thing about this system is that it can also be applied to other European Leagues creating almost endless betting opportunities on a weekly basis. The LAY The Draw System This system is very simple to understand and does not need any football knowledge or previous betting experience. There are two simple steps to this system, the first is finding the games on which to lay the draw. To increase the chances of this system being successful I have developed a strategy for pin pointing games where a draw is less likely to occur. It's very simple, all you have to do is find a game where one of the teams participating has drawn it's last two games. That's really all there is to it. It doesn't take long, once you have indentified which games fit the systems criteria you can lay the draw on betfair and forget about it. I recommend using skysports.com for researching your bets. I also recommend only laying draws in games involving teams from England, Spain, Holland, France and Italy. You can use the system for league and cup games, including European games. As I'm sure you can imagine this provides us with almost unlimited betting potential. In the picture below you can see another example of a recent game which met the system requirements and produced another profitable lay!
I could see on skysports.com that Man City had drawn there previous 2 games, thus making their next match against Wigan viable for the system.
I layes the draw at odds of 3.4 for £10 making my liability if the bet lost £24. As you can see in the picture above, Wigan won 4-0
making me a nice £10 profit. I actually layed this match on my main betfair account for £50, not bad for a few minutes work! How Much to Lay For I advise that for each lay you make never risk more than 10% of the total betting bank you have available. For example, If your betting bank was £200 you liability on each lay you make should not exceed £20. By doing this you ensure that even if you are extremely unlucky and have a couple of losing lays in a row, you bank will be able to withstand it. It's vital that you manage your betting bank correctly as this is where most people fail to be successful when using systems. I personally use a bank of £2000, this enables me to lay each match for a profit of £50 if it wins and a liability of £200. I know that £2000 seems a lot, and it is. I started with a bank of £200 laying games for £5 and a liability of £20, my bank grew from there, as the bank got bigger so did the amounts I was able to lay for. Now I lay the draw on between 5-10 matches per week, this generates a tax free profit of between £250-£500 per week. This is all for very little time and effort. System overview •
Find a game where one or both of the teams have drawn their last 2 fixtures (use skysports.com for this info)
•
Go to Betfair.com and lay the draw for the game
•
Make sure your Liability on each lay you make does not exceed 10% of the betting bank at your disposal
Well, there you have it. This system is very simple to use but very powerfull, based on my results from using the system last season and so far this season it has produced an overall strike rate of over 95%.
As I've mentioned before, it is critical that you manage your betting bank correctly as it is this that will determine weather or not you profit long term - the system will not let you down. It's also vital that you follow the system rules, don't chase losses because once you start you'll never recover.
HAPPY LAYING Note : Do not gamble with more money than you can afford to lose. I cannot be held responsible for any losses arising as a result of using this system.
