In respect of FROM 3CD & 3 CB Audit report is applicable only for the Turn Over exceeds Rs. 1Crore. Our Company Audited Balance sheet available for the FY -2012-13 ( AY 13-14) which the below the Tax audit Limit. In FY -2013-14 ( AY-2014-15) is under auditing it will be Finalized on or before 30.09.2014 for the same provisional Balance sheet is submitted for your kind perusal and consideration. We assure you, we will submit our Audited Balance sheet along with 3CB & 3CD on or before 30.09.2014

3. In regarding to Provisional Balance Sheet and Projected Balance sheet for the FY -2013-2014, 2014-15, is submitted already for your kind perusal. 4. We have opened Current Account with Bank of India, Usman Road Branch, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 with Account No………………………………….. In this regard we have annexed 6 months Statement for your perusal. We assure you sir we have not availed any Facility from said Bank.
