-Malaysia is a country full of different races and cultures colour. -There is a lot of uniqueness featured in Malaysia -Baba and Nyonya is a one of uniqueness of Malaysia. -There are many differences between the Baba and Nyonya community in Malacca and Penang. -The unique cuisine, Baba languages and the openness on the culture environment.

-The Baba and Nyonya cuisine known for their uniqueness.

Supporting Details:

-Malacca Nyonya cuisine has a lot of Indonesian and Malays influence which is sweet and use of Malay spices . -Nyonya in Penang influenced by Thailand where the use of lime, chilli, herbs, shrimp paste and tamarind significant. -Penang Baba Nyonya cuisine has elements of sweet and sour compared to the Malacca Baba Nyonya cuisine is to a combination of spices, herbs and salads to raise more flavour in that dish.
