That eing said, here are the techniques of Hapkido, as taught y (aster Hosoo Hwang, through )lack )elt level. *f course there are techniques in Hapkido that go eyond )lack )elt level, ut this is certainly a good foundation+  The locks are are not so much locks as they they are deections& they are called soft locks and include the sidestep turning capture, the '! lock and the rising lock.
