1/2 cup carrots, shredded DIRECTIONS 1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker. 2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken, and then layer the salsa and vegetables on top. 3. Pour half cup of water over the mixture.

4. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours. 5. The chicken is cooked when the temperature at the centre reaches 165°F, check with a thermometer. 6. Break up the chicken with two forks when it is cooked through and then stir in the sour cream.
