What is Universal Energy Field? 2

We are living on a planet of energy. In fact the whole Universe is a sea of energy and we too are energy beings of spiritual origin. What we see is our physical body of humans, animals, plants etc. but what we do not see is our energy body or energy field around us. We sense another person’s presence without seeing or hearing them (energy interaction). We speak of good and bad vibes, we like a person without any reason and sometime you don’t like or say hate a person or feel angry without even knowing him. When we go to a place and sometimes you don’t feel comfortable and you want to leave that place immediately and sometimes you like to stay at a particular place for long time. You may feel at peace and happy at some places. And keep either fighting, dissatisfied or angry or not able to achieve success at some particular place. This is all because of negative and positive energy in the environment. This is all energy interaction. 3

You may have heard about telepathy or intuition. Telepathy is a power that is able to read other person’s thoughts distantly while intuition is to feel what May going to happen in near future. This is all play of energy. Every religion speaks of light around people’s heads. We all have seen pictures of Gods and Goddesses with light around their head. This is the same energy that is all around us on the earth and Universe. This is the source of life. This is also called Universal life force. The light around God and Goddesses and enlightened saints have pure bright white light or golden colored light and we human beings have all rainbow colored light energy around us. This is called aura – the energy field around our body constantly interacting with the physical body and the cosmic world. Though every religion writes about this energy life force, it has different names in different traditions. In India this is called prana or chitta shakti that means a breathe of life. 4

In China, this energy field is called Chi. This Chi contains two polar forces, the Yin and Yang. When Yin and Yang are balanced, the living system exhibits physical health, when they are unbalanced, diseased state results. When there is more Yang energy, there results overly excessive organic activity. Too much Yin makes insufficient functioning. Either imbalance results in physical illness. The kabala and Jewish tradition call this energy as astral light. In English it is known as Universal life force energy. While in Japan this prana shakti is known as Reiki. Without energy we do not exist. A miraculous spiritual force operates in the midst of us. Although invisible to physical sensing, it is vividly alive and active. It is part of us and we are part of it.

HUMAN ENERGY FIELD Without energy we would not exist. The human aura is an energy phenomenon within a highly complex system. The aura is an external representation of a creative life force which energizes and sustains our external life force. As a functional energy form that envelops the physical body, the aura provides a magnificent channel for interacting with other energy sources and dimensions including other human aura system. The human energy field is manifestation of universal energy that is intimately involved with human life. It can be described as a luminous body that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body emits its own characteristic radiation and is called aura. The aura is that part of universal energy field associated with objects and physical body. That is to say it is a connection between physical world and cosmic and spiritual world. 7

The energies of the aura are believed to emanate from dynamic energy core situated in the innermost part of our being. The inner core is located in body’s solar plexus region, is the energy power house that fuels our total being- mental, physical and spiritual. It is the very essence of our existence. It is our link to cosmos. Every human being has its own distinct and unique pattern according to his mental physical and spiritual status. The aura not only signals our uniqueness as a dynamic life force, it provides constant interaction with the higher universal life force as the origin of our being. When the aura and its central core are balanced, and attuned to the cosmos, we achieve an empowered state of cosmic congruency with unlimited access to supreme power. Cosmic congruency is a condition of total oneness in which we experience balance within ourselves and intimate connection to the universe. It is the key to our mental physical and spiritual growth. When we are cosmically 8

congruent, we experience peace and harmony with the highest energies of universe. We discover totally new growth possibilities within ourselves. To discover this process, an understanding of the aura and its relationship to our mental physical and spiritual well being. The insight into the aura and its empowering capacities will open the doors to unlimited growth. The human aura is a unique combination of many characteristics, including but not limited to color, intensity, expansiveness and structural design. The aura also features visible representation of our indestructible cosmic genotype. As the counterpart of our biological genotype, our cosmic genotype ensures our individuality as our spiritual entity while endowing each of us with unlimited growth potential. Because its origin is cosmic, the personal aura provides and individualized chronicle of our total existence – past present and future. The aura system, when properly used, offers an abundance of new growth possibilities. 9

The aura changes continuously. The internal and external factors constantly interact with the aura to influence its development and functions. Biological, mental, emotional and social factors can significantly affect the aura. The bad events can take one a negative life but the aura has wondrous capacity for adaptation and renewal. What is human aura?

The human aura is developmental, life sustaining energy force that characterizes every human being. Without it we could not exist. 2.

Is aura always visible?

Under appropriate conditions aura can be seen almost by everyone. Though viewing aura is often a natural spontaneous process, refining our aura 10

Will my aura change from day to day? The aura is dynamic, developmental system that is constantly evolving. How far does the aura extend beyond physical body? Although the visible aura as typically seen extends from the body only few inches an actual aura as energy phenomenon conceivably extends to 11

infinity. The human aura is in constant interaction with other dimension of time space energy and matter. 5. Does the environment influence the aura? The aura is sensitive to the totality of our inner and outer environment. Mental physical and spiritual factors constantly interact to influence the aura. Personality traits, health status, personal interests’ social factors emotional state and surrounding conditions can have an immediate and critical effect on the aura. Even distant global and cosmic events can influence the aura. 6.

What are the adverse conditions that affect the aura?

A negative mental state such as anxiety, hostility and frustration assert a wear and tear effect on the body and drain the aura system of its energy. Likewise low self esteem, poor self 12

concept and negative social interactions can enfeeble the aura and seriously deplete its energy supply. The size of the aura will become small with the colors becoming muddy and dark. Environmental pollutants and certain drug substances can temporarily discolor and constrict the aura. 7. What are the positive conditions that influence the aura? Love, the most powerful force in the Universe, invariably expands, illuminates and energizes the aura. Other empowering influences include a positive self concept, a strong sense of well being, an inner state of balance and attunement and a genuine concern for others. Every effort to help others or make world a better place infuses the aura system with radiant energy. 8.

Do all auras have colors?

The human aura is never without color. Although the intensity of colors 13

and distribution vary extensively, the aura is characterized by dominant colors within relatively stable aura structure. As a person meditates and lives a life synchronized with nature, the colors start becoming pastel. The aura of enlightened ones is either golden or pure white. 9. What is the relationship between aura and physical body? The aura is visible manifestation of life force that energizes our total beingmentally physically and spiritually. Without the life force, the physical body cannot function. Although our physical body depends on the life force as reflected in the aura, the life force does not depend on the physical body. The aura in manifesting the life force underlying our existence also manifests our immortality as a spiritual being.

AURA AND ITS LAYERS – THE SEVEN BODIES: There are seven energy bodies. The First layer- Ether Body like The ether body is composed of tiny energy lines like a sparkling web of light beams similar to the lines on the television screen. It has the same structure as the physical body including all the anatomical parts and all the organs. This web structure is in constant motion. The bluish white light moves along these energy lines throughout the dense physical body. The etheric body extends from one quarter to two inches beyond the physical body and pulsate about 15 -20 cycles per minute. The color of the etheric body varies from light blue to gray. The light blue color has been connected to a finer form than the gray. That is a more sensitive person with sensitive body will tend to have a bluish first layer, whereas a more 15

athletic, robust type of person will have a more grayish etheric body. The second layer- Emotional Body: The second auric body is generally called emotional body and is associated with feelings. It roughly follows the outline of physical body. It is much more fluid than etheric body. It appears to be colored clouds of fine substance in continual fluid motion. It extends one to three inches from the body. This body interpenetrates the denser body that it surrounds. Its colors vary from brilliant colors hues to dark muddy one depending on the clarity or confusion of the feelings or negative or positive thoughts and feelings. Clear and highly energized feelings such as love, excitement, joy, and the colors are bright and clear. The feelings of anger confusion hatred anxiety greed etc. will have muddy colors. The moment the feelings, are changed, to positive one, 16

the hue changes. This body contains all the color of rainbow. 3. Third layer- Mental Body: The third body is mental body. This body extends beyond emotional body and is composed of still finer substances all of which are associated with thoughts and mental processes. This body appears as bright yellow light radiating about the head and shoulders and extending around the whole body. It expands and become brighter when a person is concentrating on mental processes. It extends about three to eight inches from the body. The mental body is also a structured body. It contains the structure of our ideas. This body is mostly yellow. Within this field can be seen thought forms. This appears to be blobs of varying brightness and form. These thought forms have additional colors superimposed on them, actually emanating from emotional level. The color represents the emotions that are 17

connected to a thought form. The clearer and more well formed the idea, the clearer and better formed is the thought form associated with that idea. Habitual thoughts become very powerful well formed forces that then affect our lives. These three auric bodies are associated with the physical world. It metabolizes energies related to the physical world and the upper three auric bodies metabolizes spiritual world. Fourth layer – Astral level: The fourth layer is astral level associated with heart chakra, is transforming crucible through which all energies must pass going from one world to the other. The fourth layer is associated with love. This is the doorway through which we can enter other state of reality. The astral body is amorphous and is composed of clouds of color more beautiful than those of emotional body. The body tends to have same set of colors but they are infused with rose 18

light of love. It extends about half foot to one foot from the body. The heart chakra of loving person is full of rose light on astral level. When people fall in love, beautiful arcs of rose lights can be seen between their hearts and beautiful rose color is added to the normal golden pulsations in the pituitary gland. 5. Fifth layer- Etheric template layer: The fifth layer contains all forms that exist on a physical plane in a blue print or template form, which it looks like a negative of a photograph. It extends from about one and half to two feet from the body. They are transparent lines of cobalt blue. The Sixth layer-The Celestial Body: The sixth level is emotional level of spiritual body. It extends about two and three quarter feet from the body. It is the level through which we experience spiritual ecstasy. We can reach this point of being through meditation, 19

where we know and feel the connection with the universe, when we see light and love in everything that exists, when we are immersed in the light and feel we are of it and it is of us and feel that we are one with God, then we have raised our consciousness to the sixth level of the aura. Unconditional love flows when there is a connection between open heart chakra and open celestial chakra. With this connection, we combine love for humanity, our basic human love for our fellow beings with the spiritual ecstasy found in the spiritual love that goes beyond the physical reality to all the realms of existence. Combining these two creates the experience of conditional love. The celestial body is made up of beautiful shimmering lights composed mainly of pastel colors. This light has gold- silver shine and opalescent quality like mixture of pearl sequins. It appears to be composed of light that radiates out from the body like a glow around candle. 20

The seventh layer- Ketheric Template or Causal body: The seventh layer, causal body extends two and half to three and half from the physical body. When we bring conscious level to the seventh level of the aura, we know that we are one with the Creator. The outer form is the egg shape of the aura body and contains all the auric bodies associated with the present incarnation an individual is undergoing. It is composed of tiny threads of gold silver light of very strong durability that holds the whole form of the aura together. It contains a golden grid of structure of physical body and all the structures. The golden shimmering light pulsates very fast. It looks like thousands of golden threads. This level also contains main power current that runs up and down the spine and is the main power current that nourishes the whole body. As the golden current runs up and down the spine, it carries energies through roots of each chakra 21

and connects the energies that are taken in through each chakra. This level also has past life bands. These are found mostly near head and neck area that are working to clear in your present life circumstances. It contains your life plan.

CHAKRAS The chakra or the vortices are located in the aura on front and rear both sides. The front part is the feeling center and back part is the will center. Vortices are formed when the energy criss crosses at a particular place. There are seven major chakras that are formed when energy crosses each other 21 times. And there are 21 minor chakras that cross each other 14 times. There are also numerous minor chakras.

What are the functions of Chakra: 1.To vitalize each auric body and thus the physical body. 2. To bring about the development of different aspect of consciousness. Each chakra is related to a specific psychological function.

Each chakra or vortex metabolizes energy vibration that resonates at its particular spin frequency. Since the chakra serve to vitalize the body, they are directly related to any pathology in the body. The chakra absorb the universal primary energy break it up into any component parts and send it along energy rivers called nadis to the nervous system, the endocrine glands and then the blood to nourish the body. The psychodynamic functions of the chakras relate mainly to the first three bodies of the aura, those associated with physical mental and emotional interactions on the earth plane. If the base chakra functions well, the person has strong will to live, he is much grounded. If it does not work well, there is no enthusiasm in life. Can have tendency for suicide. Similarly when heart chakra is working well, he is good at loving. BASE CHAKRA: It is related to the physical energy and will to live in physical reality. When the life 24

force is fully functioning through this center, the person has powerful will to live. It acts as an energy pump on the etheric level helping the direct energy flow up the spine. The person is full of energy and acts as a generator by energizing those around him recharging their energy systems. The element of this chakra is Earth. SACRAL CHAKRA: It is related to quantity of sexual energy of a person feels sexual power. The person is creative and artistic if this chakra functions well. The element of this chakra is water. SOLAR PLEXUS: It is associated with the great pleasure that comes from deeply knowing one’s unique and connected place within this universe. If this center is open and functioning harmoniously, he will have a 25

deep fulfilling emotional life that does not overwhelm him. If this center is blocked, he will block his feelings, perhaps not feeling anything. He will not be aware of deeper meaning of emotions that lends another dimension to existence. The element of solar plexus is fire. HEART CHAKRA: It is the center through which we love. Through it flows, the energy of connectedness with all life. The more open the center becomes, the greater is our capacity to love an ever widening circle of life. We love ourselves, our children, our mates, our families our fellow human beings and all our fellow creatures on earth. In the negative state or underdeveloped aspects, the person has trouble loving in the sense of giving love without expecting in return. The heart chakra is most important chakra used in healing process. All energies metabolized through the chakras pass through heart chakra up the vertical 26

current and converted to spiritual energies. The element of this chakra is air. THROAT CHAKRA: Located at the front of the throat, is associated for taking responsibilities for ones personal needs. It is also a center of communication and self esteem. The element of this chakra is space. THIRD EYE CHAKRA: It is associated with the capacity to visualize and understand mental concepts. If it is in negative state, one has confused mental concepts or images about reality that are not true and usually negative and the person is usually blocked in creative ideas. The element of Agna Chakra is Ether.

CROWN CHAKRA: It is related with the person’s connection to his spirituality and the integration of his whole being, physical mental emotional and spiritual. If it is closed, the person does not have cosmic feeling. If this center is open, the person often experiences his spirituality in very personal form, unique to every individual.

Why do we need to see aura? Colors and intensity of the aura especially above and around the head has very special meanings. Watching someone’s 28

aura, you can actually see other person’s thoughts before you can hear them express verbally. If we do not agree with what this person is saying you can effectively see a lie. We cannot fake aura. It shows our true nature and intentions for everyone to see. Also aura is our spiritual signature. When you see bright clean aura you can be sure that such a person is good and spiritually advanced even if he or she is modest or not aware of it. When you see a grey or dark aura you may be almost sure that such a person has unclear intentions regardless how impressive eloquent educated good looking or well dressed he/she seems to appear. Everyone has an aura but most people on earth have very weak and dull auras. This seems to be direct consequence of their lifelong materialistic attitude, negating and suppressing the development of consciousness cultivating fear, jealousy envy and other similar emotions.

Healing body is nothing in comparison to what seeing and reading auras can do for our consciousness spiritual development and awareness of our nature. In the history of science, developing of new instruments has resulted in new understanding of reality. The first stage of disease manifest into aura can be seen as congestion or leak in energy field .So long before the person feels any pain one can see the blockages in auric body. After this in second stage imbalance affects the chakras and human energy field and this slows down the body’s self healing mechanism The third stage is imbalances are seen on organs in energy field that will be afflicted as disease takes its physical manifestation. Pathological test if done will show abnormalities. In the next stage person suffering will now feel pain severe enough to go to a doctor who will cure his physical problems. Depending on the severity of the condition doctor will either put him to medication or operations may be the way of relieving the patient. Chronic stage is when the patient undergoes prolonged illness and slow degeneration takes the person to the end of life. Terminal stage is when the patient ultimately dies may be of diseases like cancer etc. 31

3. Aura Photography – What is it? Aura photography was first experienced by scientist Nicola Tesla in 1890’s.The Soviet Union included aura photography in psychic research conducted in 1960’s. In 1975 University of California was able to measure auras with great accuracy. Aura photography is more popular in the name of Kirlian photography. Seymon. D. Kirlian A Russian technician was repairing equipment in a hospital when he noticed something unusual. He later found that through the interaction of electric currents and photographic plate’s imprints of living organism developed on film. Kirlian and his wife then developed the process in 1939. They called it Kirlian effect. Kirlian photography involves the transferring of high frequency charge through a metal plate attached to a Polaroid film camera base. The finger tips are lightly placed on the film which is encased in a light tight bag and an electric exposure is made. Sixty seconds later 32

after the film develops the Kirlian photograph is complete. The subject’s energy is revealed. Kirlian photography measures the electromagnetic energy field. The brilliant colours presented corresponds to the energy fields that are unique to each person at the moment picture is taken.
