This movie teaches us that we should build better rapport with our supervisors. It provides us motivation to focus in work and indirectly lead to better performance. This movie also makes us understand that we should not step on others to get ahead. Another important lesson in this movie is that we must learn to walk away when we realize the job is different from what we expect for and not in the way we want it to be. A major issue in this movie is the leadership style. It is obvious that Andrea’s boss, Miranda is a cold and harsh leader. She wants everyone to obey the way she works. A good manager who is approachable, considerate and appreciative is required in a successful organization. A true leader earns respect from employees.
