Utilizar el cable serial propietario para este equipo.



Configurar en el PC el puerto serial a 38400-8-N-1. Al entrar al equipo solicita un password.

Borrar la configuración de TACACS 

En caso de que el equipo pierda conectividad con el servidor de AAA y no permita entrar con los usuarios de la red corporativa se desactiva temporalmente la autenticación y se habilita telnet. Esta actividad se hace a solicitud del operador en el NOC



Borrar la configuración y subir la configuración básica



En caso extremo de que no se pueda recuperar un equipo desde el NOC es posible que se solicite que se borre toda la configuración del equipo y se ejecute la configuración básica.

Se apaga y se prende el equipo. Debe iniciar sin configuración.
