IV.. Exam Form IV Format at Exams are delivered online (accessed through myCertification myCertification)), in a proctor-supervised, secure setting. These exams are delivered at kiosks in India, China, and the Philippines. Refer to the exam session details in myCertification for session loc ations.

Case Study Scenarios are provided at the beginning of each exam chapter. Multiple choice questions follow and relate back to the chapter case study scenarios. There are 50 total scored multiple choice questions on the exam. The Case Study scenarios and applicable multiple choice questions are delivered one per screen. screen. Multiple choice questions are based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities expected for a candidate. Once you have completed a chapter, you cannot return to it. You will have 120 minutes to complete the exam.

Results will be communicated as a pass or fail outcome; exact scores will not be communicated. Individuals who pass the exam will receive credit toward the ATA 2.0 certification program requirements. Individuals who do not pass the exam on their first attempt will be allowed to take the exam a second time following a waiting period of 72 hours from the first attempt. Exact scores will not be communicated. There is no appeal process for certification exam results; the result (pass/fail) is final. attempts to pass the exam. VIII. Exam Policies and Security Guidelines Certification exams are a key component of a certification program. Some exams are de livered and proctored at an Ac c ent ure tr aini ng fac il it y or by kiosk . NOTE: The following points apply to proctored exams delivered at an Accenture training facility :
1. Participants who fail to show up for a scheduled exam at an Accenture training facility are recorded as a “no show.” “No show” status is treated as an exam failure.
