Raising queries to client to clarify the issues in the tender documents. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – MEP on day to day basis. Preparation of Electrical Quantity Takeoff works For Medium Voltage Distribution, Low Voltage Distribution, Extra Low Voltage Systems, Lightning Protection and Grounding & External Lighting. Preparation of Bill of Quantities and quality control according to the international standards. Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts.

REVIT 3D MODELLING: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Assistant Manager – MEP on day to day basis. Creation and maintenance of Revit Families with Parameters. Detail the model to the required LOD (Level of detail) as per the contract with the necessary information gathered from the relevant sources. Coordinator with BIM Coordinator of other disciplines. Carry out Clash detection & Interference checking and reviewing with Navisworks. Modification of 3D models with Point Cloud Reference using ReCap.
