4. That it is perti pertinent nent to ment mention ion here that th there ere is an imminent imminent necessity of adding these words in the warrants of possession order so that Bailiff could properly execute this order without undue delay.

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to pass an appropriate order by  mentioning/adding the words “all persons” and “break open any lock or door” as door”  as per section 25 Delhi Rent Control Act 1958 along with O XXI R 35(3) OF CPC 1908 respectively in the warrants of possession order of execution proceedings in the interest of justice.
