NDTCCS, SAUDI ARABIA ADVA VANC NC ED ND NDT T LE LEAD AD,, OC OCT T 201 4 – Present AD Procedure development and qualification through demonstration in PAUT and TOFD Communicating with clients for various ANDT projects. Prepare daily progress report for various sites. Reviewing data collected at various in-service and construction projects. Maintain calibration certificates for the equipment’s and blocks. Coordinate different NDT activities depending on client’s requirements . Maintain and promote high levels of safety and team-work during all activities. Preparation of in-house procedures which includes MUT, PAUT and TOFD. Design of calibration blocks for ANDT and liaise with vendors for machining of calibration blocks. Design and plan fabrication of weld coupons with f laws for validation purpose. Review of sub-contractors ANDT procedures. Liaise with ANDT equipment manufacturer for procurement of equipment and spare parts. Trouble shooting issues raised in work sites during inspection. Monitoring various ANDT personnel’s activities Review clients' specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality. Researching new innovations to carryout inspections on different different materials (INCONEL,SS and ALLOY MATERIAL) Provide Training to NDT personnel in UT, Phased Array and TOFD.
