2. Specification Each part is tested as below without special appointment 1) Temperature : 25 ºC ± 5 °C (77 ºF ± 9 ºF), CST : 40 ºC ± 5 ºC 2) Relative Humidity : 65% ± 10% 3) Power Voltage : Standard input voltage (100-240 V@ 50/60 Hz) * Standard Voltage of each products is marked by models 4) Specification and performance of each parts are followed each drawing and specification by part number in accordance with BOM. 5) The receiver must be operated for about 20 minutes prior to the adjustment.

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTION 1. Application Object
4. ADC Adjustment
This specification sheet is applied all of AN-WL100.
4-1. Overview ADC adjustment is needed to find the optimum black level and gain in Analog-to-Digital device and to compensate RGB deviation.
2. Notes 1) The adjustment is according to the order which is designated and which must be followed, according to the plan which can be changed only on agreeing. 2) The adjustments must be performed in the circumstance of 20 °C ± 5 °C of temperature and 65 % ± 10 % of relative humidity if there is no specific designation. 3) The input voltage of the receiver be must kept 220 V, 60 Hz when adjusting.
4-2. Equipment & Condition (1) Jig (RS-232C protocol) (2) Internal/Outside Pattern Generator 1) ADC Comp 480i / ADC Comp1080p - Input the component 480i as below image to MediaBox by using Pattern Generator(MSPG-925FA or etc) 2) ADC RGB - Using internal Pattern 3) Image
3. Adjustment items 3-1. Main PCB check process - ADC Calibration - EDID/DDC download Above adjustment items can be also performed in Final Assembly if needed. Both Board-level and Final assembly adjustment items can be check using In-Star Menu 1.ADJUST CHECK.

5. EDID/DDC download (Extended Display Identification Data)/(Display Data Channel)
5-1. Overview It is a VESA regulation. A PC or a MNT will display an optimal resolution through information sharing without any necessity of user input. It is a realization of “Plug and Play”.
5-2. Equipment - Adjust remote control
5-3. Download method 1) Enter to [EZ ADJUsT] by pressing ADJ key on the Adjust remote control. And then select EDID D/L menu and enter Menu of detail by pressing Enter key. 2) On [Star] Menu, press the Enter key. And then HDMI1/ HDMI2/ HDMI3/ HDMI4/ RGB is adjusted on Media-Box and HDMI5 is adjusted on TV. 3) If Download is successful, OK is display, but If Download is failure, NG is displayed. 4) If Download is failure, Re-try download.
