AMW Company Background 



We are an experienced group for design, installation and commissioning of low, medium and high voltage switchgear. From this foundation we grew into designing, installation and commissioning of substations up to 400kV

AMW More About Us 

  

AMW was established in the year 1994 with two co-workers. Object of the business was, installation of high and low voltage switchgear. To date AMW is expending, due to the successful continuous co-operation with many energy-care businesses, industry-businesses and public client. Currently, 45 co-workers with various background are employed.

AMW More About Us • The organisation and management of the company division are open from Mondays to Fridays from 07:00hrs to 19:00hrs. • Planning and management takes place through Mr. Harald Engelhardt. • The design, commissioning and that of the construction division are through Mr. Ronald Engelhardt.

AMW More About Us • Through the expansion of the business field, AMW-the service business organisation could develop from site installation into the complex supplier of low and high voltage switchgear. • The planning of high and low voltage switchgear takes place at our cad-workshop.

• Recently we are expending this department to support the increasing request.

AMW More About Us • The business-field was widened planning and commissioning of low and high voltage switchgear by the purviews. • AMW is build with 6 well equipped workshops for all types of work handling. • Work/test wagon are available for us in the entire federal territory to enforce site installation and commissioning.

AMW More About Us • The production of panels, protection and tax-panels for high voltage switchgear, takes place in our own workshop. • We are now expanding to greater level by opening our first Branch in the South East Asia Region. • The new develop office is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

AMW  Delivering and Assembling of transformer station.  Refitting of plant while in operation.  Cable fitting and removal up to 36 kV in all connection technologies.  Installation and erection.  Our team of “Hands On” personnel are qualified Engineers that has been well trained in handling all installation and erection work. Our team has precision capabilities of framework in all required field of construction work.

We are involved with construction work and building of power station and small sub station around Europe. Our team of mechanical and construction are most forceful and reliable. Good framework capabilities in all required field of construction work.

AMW Our Services – Installation and Erection 

   

Air and gas isolated switchgear - From 0,4 kV up to 40 kV Installation of outdoor switchgear - From 60kv up to 400 kV Works related to SF6 gas Delivery and installation of transformer stations Delivery of low, medium and high voltage switchgear.

AMW Our Services – Testing and Commissioning 

     

Commissioning of medium Voltage substations up to 30 KV in buildings or as pylon stations, with SF6-Gas isolated or air-insulated switchgear. Commissioning of High-voltage sub-stations up to 123kV. Protection technology (ABB, Areva, Schneider, Siemens etc.). Technical plant management of decentralized infrastructures through our own control point. Test and adjustment of circuit breakers, manufacturer-independently. Measurement, Tele-control and control technology. Damage analyses and refurbishment concepts.

High voltage test up to 100kV; 50Hz. PD-Testing up to 100kV. Cable-test up to 100kV; 0,1Hz. High current test up to 3000A. Protection setting and protection test 3-phase Test-Equipment. Protocol IEC-103, IEC-104, IEC61850, SPA-Bus, Mod-Bus, Profi-Bus, Lon-Bus, Goose etc. Test from grounding/Earthing installations - Earthing and interference technology. Is-Limiter Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning. Thermal measurement of energy equipment by using FLIR-System.
