RULES AND REGULATIONS E v e ry Prospective Student Should Read These C are fu lly .

1.

U p o n receipt of the M atriculation F o rm and the M atriculation F ee of T en Dollars, the E x a m in in g Board will com m u n icate with the P ro s p ectiv e S tu d e n t if any fu rth e r in fo rm atio n is desired, o th erw ise a Certificate of R e g is tra tio n in the Col­ lege will be sent to the S tu de nt and the S tud ent is then en titled to R egu lar M e m b e rsh ip in the College.

2.

All S tu d e n ts hold ing a Certificate of R e g istra tio n will receive w eekly or sem i­ m o n th ly lectures and o th e r m a t te r by mail, acco rding to the n a tu r e of the Course bein g p ursu ed by the Student. T h ese lectures will be sent with full in structions, and w he n books or reference read ing are included wfith the C ourse, these will be sent at the pro per time w ithout additional cost.

3.

W h e n in the ju d g m e n t of the Fa cu lty the S tu de nt requires p ers o n a l instruction, help or exam ination, he will be directed to the College B ran ch L e c tu r e r in his locality for such help or exam ination, w ith o u t additional fee of an y kind. This includes the privilege of a tte n d in g the College Classes in the B ra n c h e s of the College in various localities of the States.

T h e m o n th ly tuition fees for all courses are Five Dollars. T h is m o n th ly fee of five d ollars m ust be mailed by the s tu d e n t each m on th betw een the first and third of the m o n th so th a t it is received and recorded not later th an the te nth of the m on th on the College Records. F ailure to pay any m o n th ly fee will autom atically w ithhold the lectures of the succeeding m on ths.

T h e M atric ula tion F ee is d ed ucted from the cost of each C ourse. S tu d e n ts m ust pay exp re ssa g e on any books given to th em and m ust pay p o s t a g e on any and all m a t te r sen t to the College.

If illness or lack of funds p rev en ts a s t u d e n t from keep in g up with his studies and a sh ort or long delay results. T h e stu d en t can begin studies again by p a y in g the m o n th ly fee for the m o n th in which the studies are resum ed.

7.

It is u n d e rs to o d tha t the stu d en t will n o t show or loan his lesso ns and lectures to tho se n o t R eg istered in the sam e Class and subject, or w ho are not stu d e n ts of this College.

8.

S tu d e n ts will be allowed a service fe e for any service they render in securing new and desirable stu d en ts for the College.

9.

W h e n E x am in a tio n s for G radu atio n or H o n o r a r y D egrees are held, s tu d e n ts must have seventy-five p er cent, or m ore in their m arks to pass. All help will be given to make this possible and s tu d en ts may re-study any su bject w ith o u t additional fee in o rd e r to pass all final exam inations.

T h e follow ing C ourses are offered at this time. O ther Courses will be added to the C urriculum from time to time as demands are made. Each Course is arranged for w eekly lectures, and a T erm in each course is variable according to the nature of the study. E xam in atio n s at the close o f each T erm are neces­ sary fo r advancem ent into the next Term , and every possible help will be given to assist the student to pass such exam inations, regardless o f time or other conditions. Som e Courses require a prelim inary exam ination to prove that the student ' eligible for such co u rse s; those requiring such prelim inary exam inations are so marked in this C urriculum or C atalog o f Courses. I f you are in doubt about your ability to m aster any course, write to the C ollege Secretary and tell him why you believe you m ay not be able to study and learn as you should and he will submit certain tests which w ill settle the question satisfacto rily fo r you and the College. T h ere is no charge o r fee fo r this test service. T h e approxim ate time fo r each Course is from 6 months to one year, accord­ ing to the nature o f the C ourse and the ability o f the student.
