2. Overview of working principle It conducts absorption drying of compressed air through self-heating and slight-heating regeneration method under principle of temperature-pressure swing adsorption. It has Heating-less regeneration (PSA) adsorption type dryer structure is simple, high degree of automation a, Less air consumption than hot regeneration (TSA )dryer,, the depth of the advantage of desorption. To avoid Heating-less regeneration (PSA) adsorption type dryer big air consumption, frequent switching and hot regeneration (TSA )dryer structure is complex、 the power consumption of the big weakness, the comprehensive index has obvious advantages. The double-tower structure is used in The JLAH Adsorption Type Dryer: one tower absorbs moisture in the air at air inlet pressure and low temperature, part of the dry air in another tower regenerate the absorbent in the absorbing tower in the condition of low pressure and high temperature. After a set time, the two towers exchange to ensure the continuous supplying of the dry compressed air. The actual running procedure of each tower is divided into 3 stages: absorb – regenerate— re-pressurize(include heat and cool regenerate). The function of user’s manual is to guide the users how to used this equipment correctly and make daily maintenance. Users should read this manual fluently before using.

3.Technologic Flow The JLAH-Type dryers process flow diagram,Shown in the following diagram. The compressed air enters into Tower A through IA, then the air is desiccated. The desiccated air goes to the outlet from CA, and part of the air is separated as the regenerating air before going to the outlet, after the flow control by RV, then it goes to B from OB after heated by H. There is moisture absorbed in the last half period in B. The regenerating air .brings all these moisture and eliminated by RB and MF. It is the cool regeneration stage. Then, RB closes, Tower B begins to raise the pressure till the pressure of two towers is balanced. It needs time to raise the pressure to ensure the balance of pressure of two towers. Otherwise, it would cause the pressure undulating in the outlet. After half recycling period, IA closes and IB opens. Concerning the time of the procedure that the valve need, RA open again after 6 seconds. Now Tower B begins to dry air, and the Tower A enters the regeneration status, thus an exchange has been finished. After half period working, the Tower B returns to the regeneration status. This period is a recycling time. In a recycling period, each absorbing tower passed 3 stages: absorb – regenerate (include heat and cool regenerate) — re-pressurize. 6.System Disposition In order to ensure the quality of compressed air after the treatment by the dryer and to prolong the lifetime of dryer, the following items should be concerned in the installation: 1) Pre-filter should be installed in the entrance of the dryer to deal with the liquid water, solid particle and oil aerosols. If the liquid water enters directly into the absorbing tower, it would badly damage the running condition of the dryer to greatly raise the dew point in the outlet and even make failure operation of the dryer. And the oil aerosols will extremely pollute the absorbent: not only raise the dew point, but also shorten the life time of the absorbent. To lengthen the service life of the filter, it is recommended that the user from coarse to fine filtering and summarized the way to filter configuration. Recommended configuration the Company production of Grade 9 filter as a coarse filter, After the filtered with a filter, compressed air content of solid and liquid particles 3μm, ​ ​ the oil mist residual content 5ppm. At level Grade 9 filter after , the recommended configuration the company produces the Grade 5 filter as oil filter After the filtered with a filter ,compressed air content of solid and liquid particles 0.01 u m, oil mist residual content of 0.01 PPM. 2).The rubbing of the absorbent will bring some dust. To ensure the clean of the air, normally we should install post-filter. According to the different requirement of the quality degree of the compressed air, users could dispose different post-filter. For the higher using requirement, you could add other filters behind this filter. We recommend you JHF7-grade filter. After the filtered with a filter, compressed air content of solid and liquid particles 1 μm, ​ ​ the oil mist residual content 1ppm. 3). User should put in by-pass valve, closing valve and releasing valve in the system disposition to ensure the successive gas supplying in the lower reaches when it is in the maintenance. 4). 7.Operation 7.1 Open the equipment 7.1.1 Close the air exit valve, releasing valve set by the user and open the by-pass valve, slowly open the air inlet valve set by the user in order to raise the pressure of the dryer to working level; adjust the pressure regulator valve in the front of pneumatic valve to regulate the pressure around 2 Bar and lock. 7.1.2 Open the switch in the panel of controller to power on the dryer. 7.1.3 Slowly open the air outlet valve after several minutes normal running of the dryer. 7.1.4 Close the by-pass valve of the dryer. 7.2 Shut the equipment 7.2.1 Close the switch in the panel of controller to power off the dryer. 7.2.2 Disconnect the circuit breaker in the electrical box, The dryer LED off

7.2.3 Close the air inlet and outlet valve of the dryer. 7.2.4 Slowly open the releasing valve till the pressure of the two towers is zero. 7.3 Maintenance 7.3.1 Filter regulator outlet pressure is not in the normal range, the Pressure regulating knob need to adjust the filter regulator adjustment method: pull up the upper part of the filter regulator knob clockwise rotation pressure, counterclockwise rotation decompression, and so reach the desired pressure reduction knob lock(0.4Mpa). Users should regularly is cleaning the filter regulator filter body, in order to ensure the quality of the air cleaning method: rotate and pull down the lower body of the bayonet cup, with a neutral detergent solution to clean the filter and cups. Filter regulator for automatic drainage way, users should install drainage pipes to the appropriate location. (Filter regulator is usually placed in the electrical box below.) 7.3.2 Regeneration gas is too big or too small, need to adjust gas regulating valve. Adjust when a time turning a twice regulate dryer running two cycles and then as the case may be adjusted. The regeneration gas control valve is usually located in the top of the device. (JLAH-10, and the following models of micro gas regulating valve.) 7.3.3 Regeneration gas heating temperature is too high or too low, the need to adjust the heating temperature setting upper and lower limits. The lower limit adjustment: temperature controller (tipping the electrical box door) panel switch switch to the lower limit position (when the lower limit set value), with a small screwdriver to rotate the lower limit regulation switch will be located set temperature to normal, clockwise to increase the temperature on the contrary reduce, adjust the switch reversal measurement file upon completion the ceiling set adjustment: Refer to the lower limit of the adjustment. The muffle should be taken apart immediately to clean the clog. 3.1The filters made by our company are the equipment that takes the compressed air as the medium. It is  strictly forbidden to run other media directly into the filter. Pay special care not to exceed the specified  maximum work. Take special care not to exceed the specified maximum work condition at use.  3.2The filtration precision of the compressed air filter is determined under certain condition. The inlet air  quality has obvious influence over the operation effect of the precision filter cores. When necessary the  proper  prep0sitive  filter  should  be  added  to  make  the  pretreatment  of  the  inlet  air  quality.  The  filter  deployment and installation should follow the JLF9 – JLF7 – JLF5 – JLF3 – JLF1 sequence. Otherwise the  filtration effect will not be reached and the lifespan of the filter cores will be reduced by big margin.  3.3The filter core is the principal part of the filter. The pressure drop at the filter inlet and outlet should  be checked regularly at work. When pressure drop reaches higher than 0.7 Bar, then the work lifespan of  the  filter  core  is  nearly  at  the  end  and  the  filter  or  the  filter  core  must  be  replaced  in  time  (The  initial  pressure drop of a single filter core is about (0.1‐0.2)Bar.  3.4Should  be  resistant  to  chemical  causticity.  Generally  the  compressed  air  does  not  contain  any  contaminants harmful to filter cores. However, some hydrocarbon species, acid species, alkali species and  some  special  chemical  substances  may  enter  into  the  filter  through  compressor  under  the  special  circumstances.  3.5Filter  must  raise  or  reduce  pressure  slowly  at  operation  and  dismantling  of  the  filter  should  be  performed under the pressure‐free condition.  3.6Replacement of filter cores:    Should take care during dismantling or mounting the filter core. Should  not hold the filter core barrel with hand to avoid the surface filter material of the filter core from being  damaged.  3.7For  the  filters  equipped  with  manual  sewerage,  should  not  open  the  sewerage  under  the  pressure  situation  (The  filter  mounted  with  automatic  sewerage  will  automatically  discharge  the  accumulated  water in the filter barrel).  3.8Should not select filter by the diameter of the fitting pipe, while the air treatment capacity and the  usage pressure should be taken for selecting a filter.  3.9By strictly following the above conditions, the use lifespan of the HF9, HF7, HF5, and Hf3 types of filter  cores in this series can reach over 8000 hours and that of HF1 type of filter cores will be 2500 hours (It is  taken to be the work lifespan limit when the work pressure drop of a single filter core reaches 0.7 Bar).               

The operating pressure is 0.7‐1.0MPa, belong to special operating pressure.  Alarm:  1、 Please don’t change the drain time that was setted.  2、Please attention drain direction when install organ of catch water, for fear the high‐pressure air to  harm people if draining.  3、Suggest use of 4000 hours to replace the filter element.
