Rescue and Fire Fighting Services Adequate rescue and fire fighting vehicles, equipment and personnel have been provided at aerodromes available for use by domestic commercial air transport. Responsibility of ATS 2.22.1.1 Radin Inten II Aerodrome Control Tower (TWR) is responsible for provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within Radin Inten II ATZ. 2.22.1.2

Lampung Approach Control Unit (APP) is responsible for the provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within Bandar Lampung CTR.
Altimeter Setting Procedures 2.22.2.1 This ICAO altimeter setting procedure shall be used by all aircraft operating within Bandar Lampung CTR and Radin Inten II ATZ, QNH provided in milli-bars, in inches available on request. 2.22.2.2
Transition Altitudes 11,000 feet and Transition Level FL 130.
2.22.3
Communication Procedures All Aircraft within Bandar Lampung CTR and Radin Inten II ATZ shall be equipped with radio capable of conducting and maintaining two ways communication.
2.22.4
VFR Flight 2.22.4.1 Flight information and alerting service will only be provided to VFR Flight operating within Bandar Lampung CTR and Radin Inten II ATZ on request. VFR flight requesting the above service shall report intended action and comply with the position or as required by ATC. 2.22.4.2

No aircraft shall be operated under VFR within Bandar Lampung CTR and Radin Inten II ATZ and prior authorization has been obtained from Approach.

Responsibility of ATS Approach Control Office (APP) is responsible for provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within Banjarmasin TMA/CTR.
2.22.2
Altimeter Setting Procedures 2.22.2.1 This ICAO altimeter setting procedure shall be used by all aircraft operating within Banjarmasin TMA and Banjarmasin CTR, QNH provided in milli-bars, in inches available on request. 2.22.2.2
Transition Altitudes 11,000 feet and Transition Level FL 130.
2.22.3
Communication Procedures All Aircraft within Banjarmasin TMA and Banjarmasin CTR shall be equipped with radio capable of conducting and maintaining two ways communication.
2.22.4
VFR Flight 2.22.4.1 Flight information and alerting service will only be provided to VFR Flight operating within Banjarmasin TMA and or CTR on Banjarmasin CTR on request. VFR flight requesting the above service shall report intended action and comply with the position or as required by ATC.

No aircraft shall be operated under VFR within Banjarmasin TMA and or Banjarmasin CTR and prior authorization has been obtained from Approach. Arrival Procedures Arriving aircraft shall follow the instructed by ATC.
2.22.6
Departure Procedures Departing aircraft shall follow the Standard Instrument Departure (SID) or as instructed by ATC.
2.22.7
Position Reporting Procedures Aircraft operating within or about to enter Banjarmasin TMA and or Banjarmasin CTR shall report position: a. Over Banjarmasin TMA Boundary b. Over any point or time as instructed by ATC
2.22.8
Communication Failure Procedures Aircraft radio communication failure procedures shall be in accordance with ICAO standard and recommended practices, or: 2.22.8.1
In Visual Meteorological Condition (VMC) a. Continue Fly in VMC b. Fly full circuit over the Aerodrome, pilot shall endeavor to transmit blindly his position, intention, etc. so as to be monitored by Approach or any other traffic over Banjarmasin TMA and or Banjarmasin CTR

In Instrument Meteorological Condition (IMC) a. Proceed according to current Flight Plan to the appropriate designated navigation and serving Approach and when required to ensure compliance with (b) below, hold over this aid until commencement of descent b. Commence descent from the navigation aid specified in (a) or as close as possible to ETA as indicated in the filled flight plan and revised in accordance with current flight plan c. Land if possible within thirty minutes after the estimated time of arrival (ETA)

Responsibility of ATS Approach Control unit (APP) is responsible for provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within TMA / CTR.
2.
Aerodrome Traffic Circuit Procedures Take off and landing : a. Runway 09 take off and landing right hand circuit or as instructed by ATC. b. Runway 27 take off and landing left hand (normal) circuit or as instructed by ATC.
3.
Altimeter Setting Procedures 3.1 This ICAO altimeter setting procedures shall be used by all aircraft operating within Djalaluddin ATZ and Gorontalo CTR, QNH provided in milli-bars, in inches available on request. 3.2 Transition Altitudes 11,000 ft, Transition Level FL130.
4.
Communication Procedures All aircraft within Djalaluddin ATZ and Gorontalo CTR shall be equipped with radio capable of conducting and maintaining two way communications.
5.
VFR Flight a.
Flight Information and alerting service will only be provided to VFR Flight Operating within TMA and or CTR on request. VFR flight requesting the above service shall report intended action and comply with the position or as required by ATC.

No aircraft operated under VFR within TMA and or CTR and prior authorization has been obtained from Approach.
Arrival Procedures Arriving aircraft shall follow the Standard Instrument Arrival or as instructed by ATC.
7.
Departure Procedures Departing aircraft shall follow the Standard Instrument Departure (SID) or as instructed by ATC.
8.
Position Reporting Procedures Aircraft operating within or about to enter TMA and or CTR shall report position : a. Over TMA boundary b. Over any other point or time as instructed by ATC.
9.
Communication Failure Procedures Aircraft radio communication failure procedures shall be in accordance with ICAO standard and recommended practices, or : a.
In Visual Meteorological Condition (VMC) 1. Continue to fly in VMC; 2. Fly full circuit over the Aerodrome, pilot shall endeavor to transmit blindly his position, intention, etc, so as to be monitored by Approach, Tower or any other traffic over Gorontalo TMA, CTR and ATZ.
b.
In Instrument Meteorological Condition (IMC) 1. Proceed according to current Flight Plan to the appropriate designated navigation and serving Approach and Djalaluddin Aerodrome and when required to ensure compliance with (2) below, hold over this aid until commencement of descent. 2. Commence descent from the navigation aid specified in (1) or as close as possible to ETA as indicated in the filled flight plan and revised in accordance with the current flight plan. 3. Land if possible within thirty minutes after the estimated time of arrival (ETA).

WIJJ AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES 2.22.1 Responsibility of ATS 2.22.1.1 Sultan Thaha Aerodrome Control Tower (TWR) is responsible for provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within Sultan Thaha ATZ. 2.22.1.2 Jambi Approach Control Unit (APP) is responsible for the provision of Air Traffic Control Service to all controlled flight within Jambi CTR 2.22.2 Altimeter Setting Procedures 2.22.2.1 This ICAO altimeter setting procedure shall be used by all aircraft operating within Jambi CTR and Sultan Thaha ATZ, QNH provided in millibar, in inches available on request. 2.22.2.2 Transition Altitudes 11,000 feet and Transition Level FL130. 2.22.3 Communication Procedures All Aircraft within Jambi CTR and Sultan Thaha ATZ shall be equipped with radio capable of conducting and maintaining two ways communication. 2.22.4 VFR Flight 2.22.4.1 Flight information and alerting service will only be provided to VFR Flight operating within Jambi CTR and Sultan Thaha ATZ on request VFR flight requesting the above service shall report intended action Directorate General of Civil Aviation
