Aggregation Script Execution for Reporting Applcation

Purpose You can incrementally commit the data load buffer to an aggregate storage database to create a slice. After loading the new slice into the database, Essbase creates all necessary views on the slice (such as aggregate views) before the new data is visible to queries. We need to follow the below steps to run the aggregations

Step1: Login to Production EAS Step2: Click on File menu ---Editors --------------Maxl script Editors

Step3: Choose the corresponding server for given reporting application from right hand side of dropdown button

Step4: Change name application name & database name

Execute aggregate process on database CEEMARPT.CEEMARPT stopping when total_size exceeds 10; Step5: Click green arrow button to execute this script and it will take approximately 5 minutes
