been duly sworn in accordance with law do hereby depose and say: 1. That WE are the absolute owners of a parcel of agricultural land, more particularly described as follows: ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-38696 “Lot No. 370. Pls-357 situated in the Pacao, Alamada, North Cotabato containing an area of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY NINE (73,529) SQUARE METERS.” Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Libungan River; on the S., along lines 2-3-4 Lot 369, Pls-357; on the W., along lines 4-5-6 by Road; on the N., along lines 6-7 by Lot 735, Pls-357 and along lines 7-8-1 by lot 371, Pls-357. said land now 21included in Pacao, Alamada, North Cotabato

2. That this lot is not subject to any leasehold contract; 3. That this lot is not subject to any right of pre-emption; 4. That we have reserved for ourselves sufficient property, in full ownership or in usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for our support in consonance with our standing in society; 5. That the above-mentioned parcel of land is within our retention limit as provided for our Agrarian laws; 6. That this lot is not subject to any transaction intended to circumvent the provisions of the Agricultural Land Reform Program of the government as enunciated under Presidential Decree No. 27 and is not in violation of R.A. 6657 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program; 7. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing statements.
