AFFIDAVIT OF NO LANDHOLDING I, JOSE ABALOS CRUZ, of legal age, married and a resident of 24 Surveyor Street, Doña Vicenta Village, Davao City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose and state: 1) That I am the son of the late CRISPINA ABALOS CRUZ who died sometime in September 1984, 2) That I am duly authorized to represent my late mother including her interest; 3) thet I affirm and declare that my late mother did not have any land holding of whatever kind or nature here in Davao City; 4) That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
