I, TEOFILO  QUIBOY married , of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at Brgy. Tao- taon , Inopacan , Leyte , after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that: 1. I am the su surviving rviving heir of Flavia Quiboy who is one the successors - in –  interest of Raymundo Asmolo . 2. My grand fathe fatherr Raymundo Asmolo owned a p parcel arcel of land in Brgy Tao-taon , Inopacan, Leyte under tax declaration 0047 in the year 2009 , with an area more or less less .7176 has. particul particularly arly described as follows ; Bounded on the North East South West

: 112, 110,111 : 108, 107,105 : 104 : 116 ,119

3. After the death of my grandfather Raymundo As Asmolo molo leaving no debts and no will will hi hiss direct Heirs – my mother (Flavia Quiboy) and her siblings made an oral partition among among themselves fo forr that parcel of land. 4. In turn my mother – Flavia Quiboy and her siblings as successors-in- interest of Raymundo Raymundo Asmolo got the their ir respective shares. 6 .I am not opposing for the titling of the parcel land in the name of Marciano Asmolo as he is also one of the direct heirs o off Raymundo Asmolo and therefore entitled to his share .
