 AFFIDAVIT OF ASSERTION  Affidavit of Gruha Welfare Association , Represented by its President  Sri. Makkapati Chandra  Sekhar Rao , S/o Lt. M. Kantha Rao, aged about, aged aged about 60 years, years, occupation: Business, resident of #Road No:5, Venkat Rao Nagar Colony, Kukatpally, Medchal-Malkajgiri (Dist), Hyderabad, Telangana – 500072; do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows: Hereinafter called the deponent on solemn affirmation. I, the deponent named above, do hereby solemnly affirm and confidently state as follows: I. 

That I am the person authorised to sign all contractual agreements behalf of Gruha Welfare Association, Reg No: 1649/ 2016, Registered with Registrar of Societies, Ranga Reddy (A housing society incorporated for the welfare of plot owners in the Survey No: 100/B, Nizampet (Village), Bachupally (Mandal), Medchel-Malkajgiri (Dist)) most particularly the members of the association, hence fully conversant with the facts acknowledged below;

WHEREAS, the owners of the plots in the above said property have some disputes with the Third Parties including artificial persons who are mala fide, erroneous, criminally contradictory and who entrenched fabricated documents illegally to occupy the said property and who gave false representations before the departments of the State and Judiciary to obtain possessorship of the said s aid property.

III. 

That I am the only o nly authorised person to represent, sign and retain behalf of Gruha Welfare Association. Nevertheless, I am well education and is cognizant enough to understand and sign any document.

IV. 

That below are the registered plot owners and members of Gruha Welfare Society; 1)  M/s. Pancha Mukhi Enterprises, represented by M. Chendra Sekhar Rao, KKP. 2)  Smt. Swaroopa, W/o. Madhava Rao, R/o Bowenpally. 3)  Smt. V. Shailaja, W/o. V. Sunder Rao, R/o, Banjara Hills. 4)  Smt. B. Aruna Jyoti, W/o. Venkat Rao, R/o. Balkampet. 5)  Smt. Madhu Rani Tomer, W/o. O.P. Tomer, R/o. Ameerpet. 6)  Sri. K. Raghavender Bhat, S/o. Seetharam Bhat, R/o. Erragadda. 7)  Sri. B. Raghupathi Acarya, S/o. B. Narayana Acharya, R/o. Ameerpet. 8)  Sri Venkannagari Surender Rao, S/o. V. 

That all the above members unanimously accepted to appoint Mr. Gandi Venkatesh Yadhav,, S/o. Gandi Narsimha Yadav, aged about 37 years, R/o. 5-2-56/1, Shanti Nagar, Yadhav Near Ramalayam Temple, Kukatpally, Medchel-Malkajgiri (Dist) Hyderabad, Telangana –  500072, Ph No: 9912555180, Aadhar No: 765127989174; along with his consortium members, Karanam Tirmala Rao, Rao, aged about 54 years, Aadhar No: 299342262024 and Bandela Prasad, Prasad, aged about 21 years, Aadhar No: 867573050720; as our Custodian cum Intercessor  Intercessor  to watch over our property and intercede with Courts, Government Agencies, Police Department and other arbitrators pertaining to legal validity of our plots in the Survey Number 100/B which is an extent of 4.5 Acres, i.e., approximately 21917.89 Sq. Yards.

VI. 

That the Custodian cum  cum Intercessor has expertise in the area of real estate, expert advice & consultancy, due diligence, property monitoring & evaluation, liaison with office/ officer/ minister of the state of Telangana particularly CMO, Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Home and inland Revenue Department, etc.

VII. 

That the Custodian cum  cum  Intercessor make an assertion that he among with his consortium shall safe-guard and maintain the said land till the legal clutches gets released and reliefs granted from the concerned Court of Law.

VIII. 

That I behalf of Gruha Welfare Association and its members give full authority to the Custodian cum  cum  Intercessor to safeguard the land from intrusion, entry of trespassers except rightfully commissioned Govt. personnel and also give full rights for the maintenance of the said property.

IX. 

That after prospective accomplishment of the Phase -1 as avowed in the Sec. VII; we the members of Gruha Welfare Association execute a registered Memorandum of Understanding in favour of the Custodian cum  cum Intercessor for pecuniary disbursement.

X. 

That after executing the MoU in favour of Custodian cum  cum   intercessor, he shall deal or correspond and settle the issues, if any, with any of the Government or other authorities or bodies for and on behalf of members of Gruha Welfare Association in relation to the said property.

XI. 

That the said assertions are free from will and that there is no defect in the title of deponent.

XII. 

That I without any remonstration proclaim that every member of the Gruha Welfare Association is the chief recipient of the endeavors thus attained by the Custodian cum   intercessor after signing this Affidavit of Assertion. Deponent
