ADVIA 120 HYDRAULIC TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The following is a troubleshooting chart that attempts to guide Field Service through some common hydraulic problems on the ADVIA 120. This is a REVISED version which contains extensive changes to page 14 concerning troubleshooting probe clogs and conductivity problems. Important Tips: When using this chart, the obvious has been eliminated. It assumes that on board Hydraulic Functions like System Wash and Flowcell Washes have been performed. Remember to return devices and tubing to their original positions before proceeding to the next procedure. If using the exerciser and opening Valves, do a Valve Check to close all valves.
