1. The property in the EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE LATE TEODORICA ARICAYOS ARCA and FRANCISCO ARCA with Waiver of Rights that the shares of the late ROBERTO C. ARCA deceased will be in favor of his wife REMEDIOS V. ARCA and brother and sister, namely NARCISA ARCA FUJITA, MYRNA ARCA CAISIP, JOSE C. ARCA ORLANDO C. ARCA, ROMEO C. ARCA, IMELDA ARCA POBLETE and MARLIZA ARCA RAMOS;

2. That ROMEO C. ARCA, IMELDA ARCA POBLETE and MARLIZA ARCA RAMOS we will be waiving their rights and interest in their inherited property from their brother ROBERTO C. ARCA in favor of NARCISA ARCA FUJITA, MA. REMEDIOS V. ARCA, MYRNA ARCA CAISIP, JOSE C. ARCA and ORLANDO C. ARCA the Waiver of Rights is hereto attached as Annex “A”;
